GoogleI recently worked with Lewis Manners and Sarah Francis to sell my property in Llanishen. Throughout the process both were extremely professional and easy to work with. Always on hand to answer any query or concern and nothing was too much trouble. From the property first going on the market to the actual sale it was just a little over a 2 month process which was fantastic! I would definitely recommend the team at Jeffrey Ross Llanishen and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Lewis was very open and honest about the process and explained in detail how they arrive at their valuation. As the valuer he will also conduct viewings for us when we go to market. We look forward to the next stage, knowing he will provide prospective buyers with both personal knowledge of us and our property.

Without using this platform to go into the detail of the issue that arose, we felt it necessary to note that that we were instructed to seek possession of the property by our landlord client due to issues that arose with your tenancy. GoogleVery unprofessional response from the agent, she was late to the viewing and then was really rude and annoyed at the fact that I couldn't make the viewing despite I had explained my emergency circumstances. So as she said very unpolished that I should use "Google and would take me 2 seconds" here's my review of the agency. On top of that she hung up the phone before I had a chance to rebook nor gave me that option.

GoogleWe successfully booked a viewing one day in advance, but they cancelled our viewing 15 minutes before the viewing and told us the property we booked is not allowed to rent to students. We were on the train and almost got there. The way they doing business is really unprofessional.
Good afternoon Mr Wang, Thank you for your feedback and apologies for you being let down at such short notice. As you may or may not be aware we are an award winning, family run letting agent in Cardiff that pride ourselves on our service. I have looked into your booking and unfortunately when the original listing was put on we were not informed by our client that the property wouldn't accept Students. As we don't manage this property we can only go on what we have been told on the initial instruction. It was only when another interested party (that was a student) asked if he could be considered without a guarantor, that we checked with the owner and discovered that Students were not accepted on this listing. This doesn't make an excuse for the short notice, but hopefully you can understand that we weren't to know.
