Friendly, efficient and professional company. A girl called Flo Bailey in the Pontcanna office, Wales was particularly caring and attentive. She went out of her way to find a year's accommodation for my friend's son and his friend (their first time outside India and away from their families) which meant so much to me and to my friend. I often found her still woprking after 7:30pm!!! There's dedication for you! If only all Estate Agents were like Flo (although I'd rather she didn't work so late!) Estate Agents often get a bad rap for being cold, uncaring and driven by commission only. Flo and Jeffrey Ross are not like that at all! I hope Flo gets the recognition and promotion/reward that she deserves and I have no hesitation in recommending her or her team if you need to sell your house or find some accommodation as she genuinely cares and treats you like a member of her family. You're not just a number to her! You're someone who has asked her for help and she'll do the best she can to ensure you're looked after! Sorry for the late review Flo...I've been travelling constantly...I know that's not an excuse, but better late than never right? :)

I used JeffreyRoss to sell my house in Canton. Jessica and her team were great. They found a buyer for my property within less a week. They were quick at responding to my queries and made the whole transaction very smooth. I couldn't recommend them more.

We had an excellent experience buying a house through Jeffrey Ross. The sale was expedited on a few occasions by the wonderful Jess - she went above and beyond for us at every turn and ALWAYS replied to emails within 5 minutes! She was in touch with all the solicitors and agents in the chain to make sure everything went smoothly, and made sure we knew what was going on. Complete star!

I bought my first home through Jeffrey Ross Estate Agents in Llanishen, I experienced the best service from the moment that I viewed the flat right up to the very end when the purchase went through, after I received the keys the Agents were still so helpful when I called them up with any issues that I had and they were quickly resolved, thank you Sam and the team for making my experience such a pleasant one

I would like to say a very big thank you to all at Jeffrey Ross Llanishen office especially Sam James. Sam came and valued my property and was very proffesional with advise on selling our home and did get viewers as promised together with Rhian. Sam James also kept in touch, looking after us at all stages until the exchange of contracts and sale had been finalised. Sam and the girls were very professional. Sam even contacted me to let me know how the purchasers of my previous property were very happy. I can honestley say I have and will always fully recommend Jeffrey Ross. Thank you again to Sam James Rhian and Sarah.

We have just completed the signing for our first home. Sam at JefferyRoss was a true professional throughout the whole process and as first time buyers, made the whole process comforting by providing extensive information and explanation at each stage of the process. I couldn't recommend this estate agents enough, as even when collecting the keys we were greeted with big smiles and friendly conversation. There is no doubt that when the day comes, we will be using this estate agents to sell our property.

We bought our first house through Jeffrey Ross in Llanishen back in November 2018. Rhian was fantastic when showing us a different property, but also told us about another house that she thought would be better suited for us. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it! Sam was brilliant when showing us around and we owe the whole team a huge thank you for making the process easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Ross! Thank you!

Excellent service and very supportive. They are really flexible and everything is done in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this agency and their agency fee also quite lower compared to other letting agencies.

So professional and very helpful! Would highly recommend as I have experienced living with an atrocious agency and Jeffery Ross the absolute polar opposite in comparison. Couldn’t fault them at all! Well done on excellent service Jeffery Ross!

Needed to move swiftly into a property, the team were consistently friendly and helpful - following a phone call to arrange a viewing, within two days the property was made ready, contract signed and I'd moved in! Couldn't have asked for a better service and house.
