Good morning Housseunatou, I have tried to locate you in our system to better understand what has happened with your 3 viewings, but sadly can not find you under the name listed on here? Did you book via another name or partner?
If it was for a property to let, then sadly as it moves so quickly, once a property is let our systems send our automated texts and emails to cancel viewings.
Hopefully I can look into this further for you if you could please provide more detail.
