GoogleBeing a first time landlord I’m very impressed with how easy Melissa and the team at Henry Adams have made it. They were great in finding suitable tenants quickly and have since been very efficient in dealing with all the paper work side also. I will definitely be staying with henry Adams for a long time.

GoogleI had never used Henry Adams before, but I am so glad I have. As soon as I called the team to arrange a viewing, their customer service has been amazing. Melissa was my main point of contact and she was so helpful, friendly and efficient. She helped take the stress out of moving house, as everything has run so smoothly. Thank you.

GoogleThe team at Henry Adams in Haywards Heath are excellent. Professional, efficient and patient. Would thoroughly recommend them. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful - have particularly dealt with Paul and Melissa. David also very experienced with a wealth of local knowledge. The best estate agents in this area.

Used Henry Adams for a letting service. The prospective tenants literally fell into their laps as they saw the listing via another agency. Every step has been a nightmare. Incompetent and sloppy service.

It can't be any better than 1 star.As soon as you sign that tenancy contract they disappear...No response to any requests. When you start dropping F bombs they may come back with some annual leave or story, etc.Very poor service. I basically repair things on my own cost as asking them about anything is a big deal.You won't get far running business like this. I feel sorry for the guy who owns the agency as those people don't do their job even at a minimum level.Dude, if you see this - you need to let go some people...

GoogleThis estate agent really does make a muddle of their job! Today they took £1200 from my bank account without my permission even though I have paid 6 months rent up front! Also even when you sign their contract it seems they think they can override that contract afterwards. All very poor service from tenants point of view. They are one of the most expensive agents in the area and seem to lack a clue about their operations.
Thank you for raising your concerns, We will ask a member of the team to contact you discuss your concerns and hopefully clear up any misunderstandings. We don’t operate direct debits so we never take any funds from a tenant, they always have to be actively paid by a tenant so you must have sent any funds yourself. Agents no longer charge fees so we cannot be more expensive to tenants than other agents in the area. We look forward to discussing further and hopefully allaying any concerns.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property from Henry Adams, who were acting on behalf of the seller. Kat, the estate agent, was incredibly helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure any solicitor issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. She acted as the main point of contact for the entire chain, keeping communication channels open and getting to the bottom of any problems that cropped up during the conveyancing process, whatever stage of the chain. With her support and perseverance we were able to make the necessary headway needed to exchange and complete. Kat and the Henry Adams team really were an invaluable asset during the whole process.
