Henry Adams, and in particular Lesley-Anne, were extremely helpful in finding us a rental for my elderly parents. Communication was good and once a property had been decided on the whole process was very smooth and efficient. Their 6 month rental is now up so we have once again asked Lesley-Anne to help find us a new property.

GoogleStill waiting for them to collect an unwanted for sale sign. Just a week now! Funny how they can instal them so quickly. Horsham branch for anyone interested. Now heading towards 2 weeks since asking them to collect it.

GoogleAwful staff in this agency. Rude on the phone. Take weeks to fix things as simple as replacing a smoke alarm. And when you leave the rented property be prepared to wait a long time to get your deposit back and dont expect any communication from these cowboys! Avoid!!

GoogleHenry Adams successfully sold my house in Horsham 11 years ago, so it was the first Estate Agent I visited having decided to move back to the Horsham area. I wanted a 3 bedroom bungalow in a village close to Horsham. Emma Crouch was on the case immediately and we discussed in detail what sort of property I wanted. After a short period of time Emma alerted me to a viewing day for a property in Rusper. It was an immediate success, I offered and was accepted and Emma followed progress constantly, pushing Solicitors, Surveyors and me! to achieve exchange and completion in the shortest possible timeframe. Having been able to moved from a 5 bed barn in Norfolk to a downsized property in West Sussex is entirely due to the professional approach of Emma Crouch.
