GoogleHayley was quick to respond to my phonecall and emails. She let me know that she was awaiting information from the vendor rather than leaving me waiting without information as many other estate agents have done in the past. She was approachable on arrival to the property on visit, and ensured that my questions were answered to the best of her knowledge.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I had little buying knowledge and experience the staff were supportive towards this and happy to answer a multitude of calls and questions. The overall experience has been fantastic and nothing was too much of an ask for our sales negotiator Nicola shipstone because of her we have the result we wanted, I cannot thank them enough.

I was kept informed throughout the whole process by hayley and the team and sold my house quicker than expected. I couldn’t recommended them enough as it was stress free start to finish!

GoogleThe whole team have been amazing. But I must say a huge thank you to Hayley who has listened and been so incredibly patient through the whole house selling business. I would recommend her and the rest of the team if you want to buy or sell a property. They even make you a coffee when you go to the office if you ask.

GoogleHayley is amazing, she kept me up to date at every stage no matter how small wether it be viewings or offers. She went out of her way to inform us on upcoming properties with calls and emails to see if we were interested and got us viewings almost immediately. My silly questions were welcomed and I never felt daft for asking even the most obvious of things. Definitely team Hayley for me! 😊

GoogleExcellent bunch of people, all really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Used a couple of times over the years and we’ve always been happy as they sold our house within a couple of days. Highly recommend and would definitely use again (although I hope I won’t need to)

I decided to go with Haybrook estate agents as they were recommended to me and I needed as much help as possible with everything else I had to deal with at the same time, especially not living local myself. Vanessa took over towards the end of our sale, brilliant at keeping us updated and had the personal touch. We would definitely recommend and we would use them again.

In particular, Nicola Siddall went beyond what I expected, her service was first-rate, and she was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola to help us. We were given regular updates throughout the process, and the sale was completed quickly and smoothly, and also stress free which is exactly what we wanted. The photos taken by Dan Bell were very high quality which contributed to the excellent marketing of our property. I would highly recommend Haybrook estate agents.

GoogleRachel Bamford has been an absolute star throughout the process. She gave sound professional advice about the market (prices, target market, advice on photos and info to be included in the property details etc) and had obviously researched the area well. The whole team were amazing when it came to putting together the marketing video and details, we feel they represented the property at its best. Rachel kept us well informed throughout the process. We’ve sold properties with other estate agents in the past but can honestly say we wouldn’t use anyone else now.

GoogleMums house sale has been very efficient. Dan and Rachel have kept us informed throughout and have been very helpful. The video of the house that was prepared by Rachel showed the best aspects and is a great taster for any prospective buyers Dan and Rachel have brought many interested parties around the house. Where there has been a potential purchase they have checked with us before responding to the buyers. Overall we are very happy with the service we've received and look forward to the completion on the sale.
