I really can’t recommend Haybrook enough. Bianca came out to value our property, and two days later we were on the market. Bianca was great throughout, she let us know what to expect, gave us multiple options for when would be the best time to list, set realistic expectations for the price we’d get in the current climate, and took great pictures that really showed our home in the best light. As soon as we were on the market Ella did an absolutely amazing job at getting us viewings. We went on the market on a Monday, and by the end of Wednesday had nine viewings booked in and two over asking offers by the end of the Thursday. Ella then stayed in touch with us throughout and kept us informed of what was going on, put up with far too many phone calls from me and was the driving force behind us completing when we did. She’s incredibly friendly and is exactly who you need in your corner when you’re going through the buying and selling process. We really appreciate Ella and everything she did, and I’d recommend her to absolutely everyone looking to sell.

The girls are amazing

My dad sadly passed away last year and we had to sell my childhood home so it’s been in our family over 40yrs and the team at haybrooks Hillsbough made the experience smooth and they was so understanding and caring Lucy and fr Francesca was both amazing from start to finish they was helpful answering what ever questions I had and it was just so nice knowing I could leave it down to them and know that they did the best for me and my family so would definitely recommend them all day long they have been amazing and very helpful so thank you so much for helping me sell my dads home and getting us the best price and making it non stressful for me xx

The property wasn't for us,and we disclosed that whilst we were talking. Also i decided to use Haybrooks recommend solicitors and again everything went smoothly. I have recently sold a flat through Haybrook and my agent was Lola Marsden. I cannot thank Lola enough for her professionalism, hard work and persistance in getting me a sale for my property. I say this as during the process, through no fault of Haybrook or Lola I went through quite a few break downs in agreed sales. Lola has been amazing throughout this whole process and went above and beyond to make sure new viewers were brought to the property and repeatedly secured me new offers. Lola always kept me up to date and gave some great advice throughout, even going above and beyond to do viewings in the evenings.
