Just want to say a huge thank you to the team at haybrooks for all there amazing work from start to finish of the sale of my house.. Joanne Calvert has been absolutely brilliant throughout. Always there to answer any queries or worries by text or phone and constantly keeping me upto date..My sale was a testing one what with solicitors problems and covid playing its part but the team were always on hand to help. Linda was amazing at marketing and getting me a quick sale also mandy on the days Jo wasnt around. Thank you everyone. I live in Derby so much of my contact with Haybrook Hillsborough has been on the phone and Susan Smyth has always made herself available. However, I have driven to see the flat in Regent Court twice. Once on my own and once with my son. Susan Smyth has ensured she is available to allow me to view the flat. Susan has even taken the time to show me around the centre of Hillsborough, pointing out shops, facilities and amenities, having listened carefully to my requirements. If I have had queries Susan has been able to answer them immediately. If not knowing the answer, she has researched it and returned to me promptly. Never sold a property before, I was very nervous about doing so, because I was selling on behalf of my very dear soulmate and didn't want to make mistakes. I needn't have worried, from entering Haybrooks Hillsborough I was put at my ease. Linda came to the property and explained clearly in a language I could understand the process. Returned to take excellent photos. From then on the team, Linda, Jo, Sue, Mandy and Helen kept me continually updated on the sale. I can't thank Haybrooks Hillsborough enough, absolute excellent service. Everything organised for us, from finding a solicitor to organising someone to complete an energy efficiency certificate. I will conclude by saying I will certainly be recommending Haybrooks Hillsborough to anyone buying or selling.

We have just completed the sale of my mothers property and from the very beginning everything has been handled with an incredibly professional and personal approach we couldn't be happier. We chose haybrooks as looking at what we wanted, taking into consideration my mothers age her personal attatchement to our family home and the fact that this was something she'd never done before we needed the handling to be perfect. We were visited by linda who started the process, taking the most amazing photo's showcasing my mothers home like a true professional. She was attentive, thoughtful and genuinely understood our needs and concerns. This started the process with an open house, this was on the 27th April, by the end of the following week we had an offer on the table, due to showing some concerns I had raised direct to the branch we were visited by Mandy the branch manager who explained the process,reasurred us and promised that her team would guide and support us through the process right to the very end. Over the next several weeks we were updated weekly any queries answered immediately and concerns quashed. We were personally guided through the process by helen who i can honestly say makes it her mission to deliver on everything promised. From the initial acceptance of the offer to the completion of the sale the process took 7 weeks which is incredible this was helped by using the branches recognised solicitor Faye who works hand in hand with the branch, team and sellers supporting a very professional service. As a family we can't thankyou enough there was a clear personal touch from each member of the team who work incredibly well together including each of the sales people in the office in order to deliver . I had the pleasure of meeting Sue Smyth while I was looking for a house in Hillsborough. She was immediately warm and friendly as I walked into the estate agency and put me at ease straight away. I really loved that she took the time to get to know me as a person and build a rapport with me. Even taking the time to write down all my requirements on paper face to face rather than from behind a computer screen. Simply put, Sue was brilliant! I can’t recommend her any more highly. Honestly it was it was the best service I have received from any estate agent. So far away from the usual uncaring and eager to get a quick sale mentality. I contacted Haybrook Hillsborough Branch in June 2019 as I had the unenviable task of trying to convince my parents to downsize after 52 years at the same address! Linda came to visit my parents and immediately picked up the barriers I was struggling with and very carefully managed to convince them, that it wasn't an impossible move and that people would be there to help them. Linda even took it upon herself to delivery flyers to addresses in the area to houses that met my parents very specific criteria! In September they took the step to market and have an open house event, which took the pressure off my parents to do viewings. From here Jo took over and kept me updated as I requested with viewings book and background information. Unfortunately the open day was on the wettest day of the year and many roads were closed due to flooding, but Jo made her way through and successfully held the event. We were updated with offers from the Monday morning onwards and all potential buyers were informed again as requested that my parents still needed to find somewhere and should not be rushed. We had to have further viewing due the weather and the office staff all worked together to ensure minimum disruption to my parents. Sue and Helen also put themselves out to accommodate viewings. My father became ill during November and I spoke to Mandy who immediately agreed to stop further viewing and inform all concerned that things would go on hold until the new year. As promised this happen and things move ahead again in the new year, with a sale negotiated & agreed and a purchase agreed. We decided to use Haybrook Legal Team as we were advised that the branch could help process all the paperwork, which they did. Jo staying late to complete and send off the necessary paperwork. The sale/purchase is not complete yet but as for the service so far, it is second to none, taking the pressure off me, even when it was to let off some steam when my parents were being a little awkward! Yes I would highly recommend and hope this review helps.

Haybrooks fees were a little higher than we expected but true to their word - they certainly go that extra mile for their money! Linda was super keen to call round and get a 'feel' for the property and soon came back to take some great photos (she even brought two of the team from the office to be introduced!). Sue and Jo were well organised with viewings between them, giving us complete faith that our property would soon be sold. I dealt with Sue mainly, her communication was faultless, keeping us in the loop at all times, every step of the way. What a professional team, there is no doubt in my mind that Mandy and Helen will complete the sale just as competently as this company certainly know how to give their customers a five star service!
