There is NOTHING that equals it in quality. Imagine the series looking threw the key hole. Virtual tour of your home that potential buyers can see I had 2 weeks to sell my home, as I had seen another I fell in love with, these incredibly hard working ladies at 'Hillsborough branch', made it happen by pulling out all the stops They we aware of time scales, cranked the engine up and flew threw everything, from taking photos/video tour to sales brochures and arranging viewings. Had great experience with haybrook in hillsborough. Joanne and Helen in particular, have been great help with the whole process regarding viewings, negotiations, communications with vendors and myself. They are very polite, professional and efficient. From making the offer to eventually signing the contract, Joanne and Helen had tried everything to make sure the whole process goes smoothly for both myself and vendor. Only suggestion I would make is about advert for the property. There wasn’t a floorplan for property when it was on the market. I asked a few times, was told that the floorplan was not ready. Offer accepted quickly, then rough floor plan was drawn by staff from memory, which was no where near accurate. They did eventually allow us to do the measurements and draw floor plan ourselves. But it’d be so much easier to have the floorplan provided by agency, especially considering the unique layout of the property. But overall, not bad experience at all. Helen is still helping us with bits and bobs even after the contract was signed. Really appreciate it. Thanks very much. Well done ladies. X

i just want to leave a review and say a special thank you to Helen Dyson , she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, i think she went way beyond her duties in speeding things up for me and pestering my solicitors to hurry things along,i also got far more information from Helen than i did from the solicitors which was summed up on moving day when she rang me around 12.30 to say i could pick my key up for my new home,by the time the solicitors rung me around 3 hours later to inform me i could move in,i was already in and having a well deserved cup of tea. thank you Helen

Adding a third review now and leaving the others below. The final part of the sale was completed a while ago now. There was nothing that Haybrooks did that wasn't positive or beneficial in some way to preceding the deal. When the legal team were dragging their heels, Haybrooks got involved and made calls and sent emails. They didn't need to, but they did, and they sorted problems. Helen Dyson from the Hillsborough branch was instrumental in getting so much sorted for me in this last stage of the sale - actually she's been great beyond the point of sale also. I really cannot recommend Haybrooks strongly enough for the sale of your house. My 2nd review: Back with a second review only a month after the first glowing review (See below). Nothing but impressed with this wonderful team. I left the UK and passed a set of keys to them, expecting them to be keen to get a few viewings in the first few weeks and then naturally interest and viewings would begin to dwindle - but i’ve Had four weeks of non stop interest, viewings, and more importantly 2nd and 3rd viewings. These guys drum up so much interest and so much enthusiasm from the clients for the properties. Lovely updates at just the right time, not too many emails and just enough. And, I sit typing this 2nd review having just accepted an offer! Just over a month!! One month!! Susan’s been in touch and guided me through this stage from initial interest, to offer, and she’s made it so easy. Within a couple of days of an offer i’m now connected with solicitors and the process is all happening. I’m abroad. It’s effortless. So happy. Susan’s been a constant source of good news, and Linda and Jo have been there also doing viewings and updating when needed. Legends! Thanks team!! My 1st review: I've recently moved to Haybrooks from another estate agents. I'd recommend anyone who's feeling a delay or not feeling totally satisfied with their current estate agent to do the same. The service to date has been stunning, the team have been responsive and proactive (I've been having loads of contact from Sue), and Linda the manager has been nothing short of brilliant. I'm 2 weeks in to multiple viewings on my property and the team are in touch every couple of days with updates. I've never seen this level of activity, or interest, on the property. The extra online service 'FLINK' seems to be working really well to get the property seen by hundreds of potential buyers, instead of just being on Rightmove alone. I'm seriously impressed. Fingers crossed we get a sale soon - will update when we do.

Quite simply, the team at Haybrook’s Hillsborough office have added significant value that has enabled us to achieve a sale price more than 22% above an initial valuation. Using her knowledge of the local property market Linda helped us to quickly decide how we could maximise our sale price. Prior to completion of upgrades to the property, Sue introduced a potential buyer who submitted an offer above the top guide price. The team then helped us to quickly review other potential buyers and accept the offer we had received. At each stage of the sale process, Sue, Helen and Abby kept us up to date with progress. Sue often provided the updates without prompting and Helen was always on top of progress with solicitors. Did we get value for money; Yes. I have been into several estate agents over the last few months in my search for my 1st property. I have to say that Haybrook Hillsborough have been the best. They are really helpful and will always go above and beyond to assist with your query. On one occasion we got invited to view a open house property and then immediately was invited to view another that we didn't even know about. This property is now the one we are purchasing. Abby and Sue there are really friendly and always open up with a smile and a big hello how are you gesture. Fantastic friendly and informative service throughout a typically stressful time in moving home. Susan Smyth in particular was amazing. with only 1 open day viewing (which i would highly recommend) my house was sold within 7 days. After that I personally failed to secure to sale of 2 other properties we was interested in. On the 3rd occasion i asked sue to help me with the negotiating and to help secure the purchase of our house, within 1 hour and 3 calls we successfully secured our dream home! Exceptional service, I could not recommend Haybrook Hillsborugh highly enough. We have just sold a house through Haybrook in Hillsborough and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Christina did our valuation, she talked us through all the evidence that supported her valuation, so we were confident that it was realistic. We really liked the idea of an open day and Flink too so decided to go with Haybrook despite them being the more expensive option. She took some brilliant photos, we were really happy with the listing. Linda managed our open day, which we were really happy about as we had originally bought the house through Haybrook and Linda found it for us in the first place - so I knew she would be the best person to sell it again! We got great attendance resulting in 7 offers on the day, all at or above asking price. We opted to not be in the house for the open day and Linda sent us plenty of texts letting us know how it was going throughout the day. Helen was an absolute legend at progressing our sale; she kept us up to date regularly and was absolutely the driving force behind what ended up being a complicated chain with lots of issues. I genuinely think it would have been at least a few more weeks before we exchanged if it wasn’t for Helen chivvying everyone along and solving problems left, right and centre! The entire team at Haybrook were polite, professional and helpful throughout our sale; we did initially intend to sell through a cheaper, online estate agent but asked Haybrook to give us a valuation too. I’m so glad we did, they have been worth every penny!

She couldn't have been more helpful with all the different questions we have thrown at her no matter how big or small and we have been kept in the loop at each stage so feel confident that everything is progressing as it should be. I would highly recommend this estate agents, we were using them to purchase a property which due to no fault of Haybrook didn't work out. The help and support I received from Helen was excellent, she is brill at what she does as she really cares about her clients. She did her best to help us throughout our dealings with Haybrook. My wife and I recently sold our house through the Haybrook branch in Hillsborough. We had our house valued by six other estate agents but the estate agents from Haybrook stood out in terms of quality of service. In particular we wanted an estate agent who would be enthusiastic and excited about selling our house, and we got this with Haybrook. A huge benefit of choosing Haybrook (over other estate agents including online ones) was the stage after we accepted the offer, when unexpected problems can occur. For our situation, the buyer's solicitors delayed things a lot are were not good at communicating. It was thus really reassuring and helpful that Helen from Haybrook was constantly on top of things and would regularly phone me with updates. All of the estate agents and employees of the Haybrook office in Hillsborough were great, many of whom I dealt with directly as part of selling the house. Whenever I called up, whoever answered were always friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Haybrook to anyone wanting to sell their house.

I bought a house at the start of the year and can’t fault the service I received from the team at Haybrook. Rebecca has kept me up to date throughout the whole process (even persevering through all the calls I missed) and has always been there for any help. This was my first time buying a house on my own and it can be quite a confusing process; Rebecca, Charlotte and Leanne were always professional, supportive and kind and made the whole thing much easier. Wouldn't recommend haybrooks to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend haybrooks to mange your property. Rented a property for three years that haybrooks was supposed to manage for the private landlord, but never in the three years did they do any inspections ( never contacted) the only time we was contacted to let us know that rent was going up at end of September this year 2023.That was by phone call so we waited for confirmation (section 13)for the £50 increase by e-mail or post but never got either. At the end of September we handed 1 month's notice to leave at end of October, then second week in October we gets a letter saying we are in arrears with rent by £50. We were so angry about it especially when no one would answer any phone calls or e-mails, after my partner shouted down the phone leaving message ( will some one answer the phone) we got call 📞 😀. We found out that the person that told us about the rent increase had left the company, and they were nothing on her computer of any evidence of e-mail or letter of a section 13 rent increase Sent to us. My partner was told it would have to be written off, now 2 months later not got are bond/deposit back so its back to square one no one answers the phone nor are e-mails SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
