The Hillsborough Branch in Sheffield. My self and my partner spotted a lovely property and we contacted the branch. From the get go, we dealt with Joanne, she is friendly, and extremely helpful individual. Joanne has been going above and beyond the expectations we had. Always greets you with a smile and nothing is to much to ask. Very professional set up and we have also been using their own in house mortgage advisor Daniel, from just mortgages. Form the very start to the very end these ladies and gents have been so helpful. This is our first time buying and we are over the moon about it all. Highly recommend this company and it’s staff.

We are moving to Sheffield to buy a house to be near our daughter. We have not moved for forty seven years so were a bit anxious. We went to several estate agents and then met Joanne Calvert who was by far the most helpful. friendly and reassuring. She showed us round properties at our convenience and was happy to arrange a second visit. When we decided on a property she negotiated a price with the owner very professionally, Helen Dyson has been most helpful in regularly contacting our agent and solicitor in Runcorn and keeping us updated. We have been very pleased with recommendations for surveyor, plumber and electrician who have all acted promptly and efficiently, We have been delighted with the personal and professional service which we have received from all of the staff at Haybrooks Hillsborough. Haybrooks at Hillsborough have given us fab customer service, the staff are so friendly and helpful for any questions you have no matter how silly they are! Sue has been lovely and has really taken the time to ask how we have been doing with our house search we felt like we had known her for years. Joanne also sent us every property we might be interested in which was so helpful with our search and took alot of pressure off us with having to constantly check websites! Dan, the independant mortgage advisor has also been amazing so far with excellent communication and knowledge. We would 100% recommend him to anyone, he is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable with the process and at ease which is what you want when buying a house as it can be so stressful!! Our experience with Haybrook Hillsborough has been exceptional from start to finish! They were speedy in setting things up for us and have kept in contact with us every step of the way. Linda came over to photograph our apartment; she was so complimentary of our apartment and super friendly and the photographs looked amazing! The process took no longer than 10 minutes. Sue supported with the sale and viewings - Sue is an absolute credit to her profession! Beyond friendly and professional, so complimentary of our home and very personable; it was just like inviting a friend into our home. Brilliant estate agent and really easy to get on with. We moved very quickly, from deciding we were ready to buy, viewing and then to putting an offer in on a property within the space of a week, we had tried viewings with a couple of different Sheffield estate agents and none were quicker to respond or as helpful in the viewing process. Offer went in and within hours we were informed we had been successful. All normal stuff. However, it’s after the offer had been accepted that Haybrook and in particular Helen really shined. Helen did everything in her power to keep us up to date, sometimes multiple times a day. She explained everything clearly and concisely and every time we put the phone down we felt we were understood and moving forward. She was also more than happy to chase our solicitor, the vendors solicitor and the vendor. When we felt like we were lost and waiting for a response or an update, Helen would be on the phone to us having sorted the issue and ready to get the ext step under way. Would massively recommend Haybrook Hillsbrough based on Helen alone. When we move again, they will be our first call.

Really pleased with the hard work from the team selling our house. Linda was very flexible and listened to what we wanted when we put the house on the market. She came to value and then waited until we were ready to sell. Her photos were lovely and she took lots of time to get things right. Sue and Helen were great and quickly secured several offers through the open house event which they ran without us needing to be involved. They then advised us on the most procedable buyer and secured the best price for the house. They also went above and beyond and supported us through the whole process liaising with all sets of solicitors and the estate agents we purchased from. Right until day of completion, they checked in on us and supported us with issues that needed chasing. I'd strongly recommend the team to anyone looking to sell in the local area.

From the get go, Haybrooks Hillsborough have been fantastic. We started with Linda and having her in our home on very short notice whilst we were on holiday to arrange the sale of our home and take some amazing photos. A few hours after being on sale, our home was getting great feedback and many viewings. Thereafter, we dealt with Sue, Jo and Mandy. They have all been extremely helpful, patient and made us feel like they were as attached to selling our home as ourselves. We now have still some way to go with our move but so far, all the staff involved have been amazing! Not to forget Dan their Mortgage adviser. Again, he has been always there on the end of the phone to help us with some sound advice. All very professional but likewise, they all have that personal touch, which is so important in their industry.

I don't normally write reviews online however I believe that Helen Dyson from Haybrook Estate Agents in Hillsborough deserves one. From the day we have arranged viewing of the property till the completion of our purchase she was there to support with any queries we may have. She was professional in her approach but at the same time very kind and friendly, we feel so comfortable during the whole process. Brilliant service from Haybrook for our property sale. Regretfully, they weren't our first choice but after poor performance from the first choice we appointed Haybrook after being impressed by their methods and manner. They just have great energy, from answering calls (which they do every time, crucial when selling houses, take note other agents!) to their innovative marketing methods. Haybrook generated many offers and managed to achieve the upper end of our guide price using verve and guile in their negotiations. Basically, one of the best sales experiences we've encountered. We approached haybrook to deal with the sale of our property as we had had a difficult experience with another agent. Bianca arrived with the biggest smile and all our worries disappeared. Bianica put us right as easy and explained all very experienced and professional. We sold our property with in days and are dealing now with solicitors we are using haybrook solicitors. Moving house/renting property is one of the most stressful things ever. I can honestly say that Zoe was brilliant from the start. Friendly, professional and really nice always a phone call away and always returned my calls. I had a sense of trust from the start which is really important to me. Had to contact Haybrooks several times regarding the on line application process, (my naivety of IT) and someone always helped me and were so supportive. Excellent service from all the team involved with the sale of my property; Jodi first point of contact, Luke valuation and Nicola dealing with everything once advertised. Everything I asked for was provided resulting in my property being sold within two weeks of being put on the market. From start to finish Haybrooks were fantastic. Sam (branch manager) initially came, to take photographs of our house, to sell. He wasn't happy until they were perfect and because of his advertising precision, our house sold very quickly for more than we wanted. The customer service from every team member I spoke with, was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular, Vanessa and Dan were superstars. They helped us glide over any stresses that selling and buying a house can bring and they both kept in regular contact to keep me updated on both my sale and my purchase. This was one of the most stressful things I have done and I couldn't have done it without them. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and would recommend them to anybody. My husband and I had used three different Estate agents in search of a house before our paths crossed with that of Susan Smyth of Haybrook. In July, we viewed two houses with Sue (as she's fondly called) but didn't like any of the two. Thereafter, Sue promised to contact us once they've got a house that would meet our specifications. We never took her seriously because none of those we had dealings with prior to meeting Sue ever came back to us, despite the fact that they promised to do so. Anyway, I was gobsmacked about three weeks ago when I got a call from Sue informing me that she got what we wanted. In the course of her work, Sue deals with different people and their different requirements on a daily basis. How on earth could Sue have remembered precisely what we told her! From start to finish the service we recieved was above and beyond what you would expect, especially from Nicola.I was 16 weeks pregnant when our house sold, we then hit so many bumps in the road through no ones fault that it was beginning to feel like we would never get our forever home. Nicola was there with us every single step of the way and worked so hard to make sure our dream came true. Eventually, 3 weeks before our little fella arrived, our dreams came true. I have been interested in a Property and speaking the Sue Smyth from the Hillsborough branch. On my 1st viewing of the apartment she stood back and let walk around answering every question I asked. I then decided I wanted a second viewing I'd spoke to Sue Saturday morning and she had told me she had a hectic schedule that day but woukd contact me when she was back at branch. At 4.20pm she rang me and offered me a chance to re view the apartment even though she had finished work she met me and my daughters. I feel she went above and beyond to provide a service and was more than friendly and competent. I don't know if I will end up with the apartment. But Sue is welcome for a coffee anytime 5*service thank you

We are first time buyers with anti-social working hours which makes viewing in the normal working day challenging during our house hunt. Sue has been very flexible, starting work early so I could view a property before work, and has stayed late at work so I can view a property after a later shift. Many estate agents have been very unaccomadating, leading to us simply being unable to view a property, however Sue and Haybrook have been nothing but flexible and professional throughout. Sue is very knowledgable and will always let’s us know when properties that suit our needs come on the market. 5 stars!
