Tallulah and the ATeam at Haybrook chapeltown are absolutely amazing!! The amount of support I received, I was amazed. They all went above and beyond to help the sale proceed as quick as possible, emotionally through a difficult time. Tallulah was so patient and understanding and regularly kept in contact with me and moved things along as much as possible. The offer an outstanding service and a personal touch, nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t ever recommend another estate agents than these! Truly are the A team!

I would especially like to thank Joanne Calvert who worked tirelessly to achieve a sale despite numerous ups and downs along the way with difficult buyers who changed their minds at the last minute. I would say avoid selling your property with Haybrook. They didn’t sell our property and that is just one of those things. However they don’t keep you updated when they say they will. The weekly updates came perhaps 4 times in 6 months. The phone barely gets answered. Their Facebook page shares other properties once reduced, ours never was. I asked the photos to be moved around on the advert, this was never done. My property was reduced but it wasn’t reduced in the window of the shop. And just to kick me while down the shop opens at 8.30 however when i went to collect my key in freezing temperatures it was after 9 they opened the door. If you want somebody to work with you and for you to sell your property, don’t go with Haybrook Chapeltown.

The overall service I have received from Michael and Jo have been faultless. Michael was very courteous and helpful from the day he came to complete a valuation and when he returned to photograph and market the property. Jo has kept me fully informed re viewings and any feedback from prospective buyers. Both are a credit to Haybrooks. Right from the start when Mike came to value my mum's property, who had sadly passed away. Mike was professional, empathetic friendly and organised such a lovely person made me feel reassured I had made the right choice. It doesn't stop there Emma, Emily and Becky cannot do enough for you. When they say they will sort it out they do it straight away, not call you back days later. Again friendly, professional and extremely helpful. This branch was more helpful to me than my solicitor.
