Our negotiator , Emily Hoyland kept us totally informed throughout the sale of my late parents property, having been in the family since its build in 1963. The whole team looked after us from the initial valuation with Micheal and then both Emily and Becky being more than happy to show prospective buyers around the property due to the 20 mile journey it would have taken us to meet interested buyers. This took a whole lot of pressure off the family at this difficult time. Emily was always just a phone call away if we had any questions needing answering. Emily made the whole processes of selling the family home much easier than we could have possibly anticipated . We would highly recommend Emily @ Haybrook .

Well what can I say ! Haybrook’s at Chapeltown ! All of there staff are extremely friendly, professional and will always do there best to resolve any issues. The moving process is stressful, for us anyway, and Emily was marvellous, nothing was too much trouble she fully understood our situation and went above and beyond to help us do what she could to get us moved, I don’t know what we would have done without her! I would highly recommend Haybrook at Chapletown, Sheffield. We are in the process of selling a deceased relatives house and despite us living a couple of hours away they have handled everything in a friendly and professional manner. Everyone we have spoken to at Haybrook have been great but I would particularly like to thank Emily, as she has kept us informed throughout and has regularly kept in touch with buyers and our solicitor. Emily Hoyland was incredible. We sold through another estate agents but viewed a number of properties and purchased through Haybrook. Emily was fantastic from start to finish, giving us loads of updates and houses going on the market and information on areas. The house we ended up buying was due to Emily encouraging us to view the property sooner than we suggested. Throughout the buying process Emily kept us up to date and in the loop. Whereas I never heard from my estate agents again. If we ever decided to sell then we would absolutely sell through Emily and Haybrook. We are really very grateful for all your help.

Emily has been absolutely fantastic helping us with our house search. She carefully listened to what we need / want as a family and has gone above and beyond to find properties that fit. Further, she’s scheduled viewings to suit our family (which is not an easy task given changing shifts / childcare ect) and makes herself available to answer all of our (sometimes silly) questions. Very impressed with the Chapeltown branch of Haybrooks. Arranged for Michael to come and view the property. He was really friendly, helpful and polite. He was respectful of the property and I felt at ease doing business with him. I was also impressed with all the ladies in branch who I have spoken to. They contacted me by phone or email (as requested) and kept me informed of the 'sale' process and potential buyers. Also very polite and down to earth. Would definitely recommend this estate agent for the area. The property sold really fast but at present we are in the 'waiting' period dealing with solicitors etc. The team seem to be chasing when needed and Emily seems to be the person dealing with the sale. Impressed with hers and the rest of the teams service. Thank you Chapeltown branch and hopefully the new owner can move in very soon.

This is the first time we have sold a house and Becky made the viewing process so easy. We were kept informed of all the viewings and received feedback from the viewings straight away. Becky advised us on making decisions and which route would be best for us when it came to accepting an offer. Becky was genuinely happy for us when we received an offer on our house and she made us feel at ease throughout. Right from the start when Mike came to value my mum's property, who had sadly passed away.
