We are currently selling our house through HAYBROOK estate agents. Having bought a house through a online agent and finding the whole process to be an awful experience we decided to go with HAYBROOK. The staff have all been really helpful and friendly ,making the process so simple. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, even helping out filling in forms. We would definitely recommend HAYBROOK and special thanks to Becky and Emily for their help

I sold my house during lockdown l. I had problems with my first buyer but Emily Hoyland was brilliant, she got things sorted and I had a new buyer straight away. I really can't thank Haybrook Chapletown enough for their work selling our home. When we first met Michael who came to do the valuation, he put us at complete ease and made us feel that we could trust Haybrook to do the Job. From then on we dealt with Rebecca (Becky) who basically confirmed that we were right to trust them. The house sold for asking price and very quickly. Becky was always there to help with out the millions and millions of questions we had, she guided us through the whole scary process and we move in a couple of days! From the moment I made contact with Chapeltown office we have received a quality service. After Calling the office to arrange a viewing and being offered one later that morning, we were met outside the property by Emily. Emily was extremely welcoming and introduced us to the vendor which put me at ease immediately. She gave us a tour of the property, was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us lots of information whilst giving us enough space to view the property alone. Brilliant team at Chapeltown! Spoke to a couple of other estate agents before deciding on Haybrooks but definitely made the right choice in choosing these guys. Michael put me at ease from the moment we met and was never pushy. The photos he took were fabulous. Emily and Emma were always at the other end of the phone and always answered any queries I had promptly and nothing was too much trouble. I dealt with Emily most of the time and she was extremely professional and managed to find out more from my solicitors than I ever could! Relocating 350 miles was always going to be a challenge but the process was made a lot easier by the lovely people at Haybrooks. Thank you :)

Andy at Chapletown has been brilliant. He has given me a very personal experience. Keeping me up to date with all progress, answering question understandably and promptly, always getting back to me ASAP. I am not one for loads of emails, so Andy took the time to make sure all correspondence was done by phone or in person. He has been a great help and made, what everyone else has said to be a very stressful time very easy and simple, even when a house fell though (through no fault of my own) at the very last second. We are really pleased with the service we have received from the staff at Haybrook Chapeltown. Everyone has been extremely friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the purchase of our first home. Emily and Candice were great in helping us to get the property we fell in love with and the other staff have kept in contact and kept us up to date! I have to say as well, how cheery, chatty and normal they all were after dealing with some other estate agents that felt less than pleased to hear from us; everyone here answered the phone happily and really couldn’t do enough for us! We chose to use Andrew Burton as our Mortgage adviser, however, I have to say he’s done so much more than that for us! Buying our first home has meant we , of course, were confused about a lot of things and Andy has been our key point of contact throughout this process. He also supported us in finding appropriate insurances and advised us on how to find the right solicitor and more! He also set these up for us and contacted the companies meaning that we didn’t have to worry about it! He is always ready to tackle any question we may have and regularly calls and emails us! I would highly recommend choosing Andy and really couldn’t thank him enough for all of his help!
