Me and my wife have always been happy with the service given at the crystal peaks branch. We dealt with Nicola Siddall when buying our first home and then again when we sold our home and upgraded to our new home. Nicola helped us on finding an ideal home for the first time buyer. We then started a family and soon out grew our first home. Nicola then worked hard to find our current home which ticked all the boxes we was looking for. Also Nicola has helped us along the way recommending haybrooks mortgage advisors. The mortgage advisors have been very helpful over the years and have always succeeded in finding us the right mortgage.

We sold our house in less than 2 weeks, the team at Haybrook's worked extremely hard to keep our sale and purchase on track during a very complex and stressful time. A big thank you to Vanessa for all her hard work negotiating with both our vendors and purchasers with some very major issues out of our hands. She went above and beyond to keep everyone informed and keep solicitors and mortgage advisors updated where necessary in a very long chain. Now we are in, we never thought that completion day would ever come, even up until the 11th hour. Nicola Siddall Negotiator at Crystal Peaks is a credit to your company. without her assistance over the past 2 weeks I would not have purchased my dream home. She has the skills to make you feel important and wanting to help in anyway she can. She is also a great negotiator as I feel she got the best price for her client without making me feel pressured. Over the past 14 months I have dealt with several negotiators from other estate agents and none come close to having the abilities Nicola has. Going forward because of my experience I would advise friends and family to choose Haybrooks. Wish I had as I have just sold my property.
