FacebookHaving very nearly completed on my first house, I wanted to say how great the support and team work from both Leah & Lola at the Crookes branch of Haybrook has been.
Leah helped me to find the right property, showing alternatives but was really in tune with what I wanted and pushed through my offer being accepted.
Once the offer was agreed I was handed over to Lola to progress the sale. Lola has been great providing regular updates and then pushing for an ideal completion date!

When buying any property, its expected to be stressful and come with the usual complications and unwanted delays. This purchase had a number of issues that were not anticipated and unfortunately, were out of the estate agents control.
We would like to personally thank Tom Kay from the Bannercross Branch. From the moment we first viewed the property with Tom until we were handed over to Lola, Tom always went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after.
When handed over to Lola Marsden from the Crookes Branch, acting as our sales progressor, Lola quickly became one of my speed dials on my phone. Irrespective of how needy we were as buyers, Lola always provided us with the answer we needed and more. When we needed reassurance, Lola gave us that!
I would highly recomend purchasing a property through Haybrooks (any branch, as they all work very closely together) as from experience, they will provide an above average service and ensure they do all they can to get you the property as quickly and hassle free as possible.

Called branch, got put through to concierge service and left two messages. Good job we aren't still waiting outside the property as its now Monday lunchtime and still not the courtesy of a phone call.
