The worst agent we have dealt with. We kept ringing them to schedule a house viewing and made an offer after we viewed it, waited for days and no feedback, when we finally rang them for an update, they said that unfortunately the house was gone as they have accepted another offer. They never got in touch with us to know if we were interested in putting in a higher offer after the first one. If we didn’t contact them, they wouldn’t have given my partner and I feedback.

I am super excited about listing the property with Haybrook! From the first enquiry to setting up, Liam explained everything so thoroughly, managed our expectations, and clearly came prepared. He was able to reassure us with a structured plan covering any eventualities. It is clear that he is a specialist within the field and I felt that all of my questions were answered open and honestly and backed by a lot of knowledge and facts. Something I have not felt was offered by other companies I had enquired with. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish Steve was our first contact when he visited us to give a quote, he was friendly and professional in discussing our options, then once we agreed to use Haybrook's services, Nicola guided us through the initial aspects of selling our property, as the process moved forward Sharon took over our sale and was an absolute marvel, she contacted us on an almost daily basis to give us updates on where things were and also used her knowledge and understanding to calm us down when needed 😁 Her customer service skills are second to none and she had made this very stressful time bearable and dare I say fun (at times) In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending Haybrooks to anyone out there, Thanks again to the Haybrooks team and especially Sharon!
