In what was a very difficult situation with my house sale, the team at Swinton were brilliant throughout. Sharon, Steve and Nicola in particular were outstanding. For over 2.5 years they went above and beyond to help in any way they could to support me not only in the sale of my property but in what was a very difficult personal situation. Despite what will have been a ridiculously difficult time for them, they maintained professionalism and an amazing duty of care. I could not have wished for a better service. I felt truly valued throughout. Thank you isn't enough for all they've done. I was really luck to have the team work on my sale

In what has been a very difficult situation for myself and the staff at Haybrook in selling my property, I can't praise the staff highly enough. Throughout my sale I have had regular contact with Nathan Fletcher and Nicola Allen who have been so professional in frustrating circumstances. From selling my dad's bungalow in Swinton to moving into a flat in Cheshire the support we got from the Haybrook team was fantastic. Luke went out of his way to help dad get a sale safely during lock-down. When it came to sales progression things didn't go according to plan - nothing to do with Haybrooks. Nicola, Sharon and Jodie couldn't have been more helpful in getting an agreed move date with COVID and Christmas getting in the way. Due to inept solicitors in the chain, not ours, and money not moving, completion didn't quite go according to plan. Jodi and Sharon remained calm and professional throughout, absorbing our angst with patience and good humour. From start to finish the service we recieved was above and beyond what you would expect, especially from Nicola. I was 16 weeks pregnant when our house sold, we then hit so many bumps in the road through no ones fault that it was beginning to feel like we would never get our forever home. Nicola was there with us every single step of the way and worked so hard to make sure our dream came true. Eventually, 3 weeks before our little fella arrived, our dreams came true. Nicola was a massive part of that and I'll be forever grateful to her for making sure that no matter how tough things got she never gave up. if i was to go back a couple of years ago this review would be very different, as i swore never to use them again etc... However Since Jody has been running the Swinton store i must say i would very happily recommend them. they are friendly, down to earth and truly have your best interests at heart, also with Eileen joining the Swinton branch, i feel they can only go from strength to strength and I feel she will be a great asset to them, she seems to have some great ideas in regards to how photos and property descriptions should be and how they can make a massive difference when buying and selling properties. If your looking for an estate agent and not sure where to start id give these a call first :-)

Yvonne was so professional and wanted to make sure I get the most professional advertising and marketing for my home. She discussed all of the team and how they will be able to help me with everything through the selling process. Absolutely first class!. The team at Haybrooks Swinton were the link to my partner and I buying our first home together and making it as seemless as it could have been. Jodi and the team were very courteous and very friendly and professional. We feel they went out of there way to update us with much needed information and enquiries when we needed it. All-in-all we believe we couldn't have chosen a better estate agent to handle our house purchase with.
