GoogleI found all the staff members in the Swinton branch to be excellent. From Nicola whom I first made contact with to Steven who did the evaluation and finally Sharon who did all the chasing up with the buyer and keeping me fully informed. Not only were they efficient and friendly but were also human (ie not robotic like in some places). I fully recommend Haybrook.

GoogleAfter an awful start with another agent I turned to Haybrook and I must say it was the best decision I made! Steve, Sharon , Nicola and the whole team were fantastic. The house was sold within 2 weeks only to be messed about by a prospective buyer then Steve put the property straight back on the market worked his magic and within 2 days house was sold and completed quickly!! I live abroad and relied heavily on Haybrooks to do almost everything in my absence and they did just that from viewing's to ensuring property was empty! I really could not thank them enough and also could not recommend them enough ...They are a fantastic team to deal with... THANK YOU..

We left our keys with them and they arranged viewings.Jodi and the team would always call when anyone was viewing the property and then let us know of any feedback and offers. House sold quickly helped by speaking to a local estate agents who know the local area and buyers.

GoogleI have just sold my house and although the process is not complete yet I have found the whole experience easy and super friendly The valuation, speed of getting the house advertised, sign up..- very quick. The staff are really friendly and it feels like a real family atmosphere- would definitely recommend Haybrooks at Swinton.

GoogleI gave a review to say how good they were. Yes at first they were but that soon changed. The service I recieved was disgusting 6 month with a buyer and nothing but broken promises. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

GoogleCan I just say what an easy process it was to buy and sell a home with Haybrooks. The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. I was contacted often ( especially by Nathan Fletcher) at the Swinton branch. I also praise Nick and Becky at the Barnsley branch . They were both excellent from the valuation to the sale which all happened in a week. I will definitely be using Haybrooks again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you to all of you as it’s been 25 years since I did this and instead of being a daunting task you made it a simple and less stressful experience.
