Non existent customer service, I was on webchat for over 40 minutes, every message I sent had been seen but the guy never answered, just ignored all my messages. Then tried calling, when I did get through the person that was dealing with the property was not in and I was told they would contact me back but never did. I called them half a dozen times over two weeks and every single time they said the lady I needed to speak with was out of office and would call me back.. this company doesn't know what a mobile phone is by all accounts, they don't use them I was told when I asked for her work mobile. I would stay away from haybrooks for purchasing and selling a property. Absolutely disgraceful company that never gets back to you!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Sold our house and currently purchasing another through Haybrook. Had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Can't recommend enough. Luke, Jodi and the rest of the team have always been on the other end of the phone or just an email away to answer any queries, this was especially comforting in the height of the current pandemic. From the 1st conversation I had with Luke, we knew we would be selling our property with Haybrook. Our house was sold in a couple of days and we got offered what we wanted, ecstatic. Excellent service, excellent experience, highly recommended.

I contacted Haybrook to request a valuation. Being happy with what they said I went ahead with them listing the property, they took photos the next day, listed in on their website, and a couple of days later it was on RightMove. Within a day or two we had several viewings booked that same week, one of which lead to us accepting an offer we were very happy with - all in this took less than a single week! They were very friendly throughout, very accommodating of my availability around work, and were excellent at keeping us informed throughout the process. We couldn't be happier!

I cannot rate them highly enough. I had a few different agents round but having seen haybrook photos of other properties I was more inclined to go with them. The manager (ross) came round and did a valuation and was really friendly and not pushy at all....he wasn't trying to be a slimy sales person....just put me at ease straight away. The photos that were taken were amazing and really showed my house in the best possible way....I had 18 viewings over the first few days and I believe alot of those were down to the excellent photos. The girls in the office I dealt with were fantastic ( Laura,Jodie,nicola) constantly kept me updated and offered excellent advice. I had 5 offers within a couple of days and sold within 4 days.... Yes you pay more than the online agents but I believe you get what you pay for. Thank you to all the team at swinton haybrook.
