While looking for a property to let we decided to try Haybrooks our first contact was Nicola Siddall who from the off was polite and extremely helpful. She gave us good advice from the start sending us to their financial adviser Stacey Hague who again was extremely helpful while also explained our options. A suitable property was suggested which we visited within a few days. Nicola showed us around constantly advising us of options she was polite and very easy to talk to making us feel comfortable in our discussions. Within days we were well on the way to buying the property. So when a second property came up we were comfortable going through the process again. I must also add that when ever we visited the office which was several times everyone was very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend Haybrooks at Crystal Peaks and Nicola Siddall.

Me and my husband sold our house through Haybrook. Rachel came to value our property and take our photos. Rachel was lovely, she explained the process to us so we were clear what the steps were and made us feel at ease. For viewings and general information we were liasing with Danny and Hayley. I am currently in the process of buying and selling a home with Haybrook. I was initially going to go with Purple Bricks but Rachel at the branch convinced me they were the best agents for the job. And she was right! I received an offer on my house within five days and I’m now in the process of buying my dream home. They have been amazing and very professional from the start. We have recently sold our property with Haybrooks Crystal Peaks branch. We have been delighted with the high standard of service we have received. Sam the branch Manager talked us through everything prior to putting our property on the market. He took fantastic photographs and marketed our property to its full advantage. He kept in touch with us every step of the way, keeping us informed. Dan was lovely and did some viewings for us and chased everyone up for feedback and was supportive to us during the sale. Once a sale was agreed Vanessa was brilliant keeping us informed of the progression of the sale. We couldn’t have asked for more.
