GoogleUnable to fix a fence panel that I've been complaining about for nearly a year. It's not that hard but these people seem to be very incompetent at doing simple tasks.
You should take into account the bad reviews. People are warning you for a reason.

GoogleHonestly I can't commend Nile and the Norbury Gordon & Co team more if I tried. We were working on a tight deadline to meet the stamp duty holiday and without Nile's tenacity I think we would have missed it. He chased everything up, held everyone accountable to their responsibilities and timeliness and he always kept us updated. We met the deadline and have now moved into our lovely first home. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend!

GoogleAs a picky , entitled American with a massive God complex I am impossible to please. However, Rahan came through like a majestic dark-haired knight to show me an endless array of apartments. He was a dream to work with and look at! On lease signing day I was a complete pain in the a** and he continued to guide me through the process until I got my keys and moved in. If I ever decide to move; I'll defiantly use Gordon & Co again; that is their punishment for doing their job so well.

GoogleNo problem with the flat viewings, rentals, bills etc. My only issue and itβs a big issue - is a deposit. I expect some of the money to be taken from there fairly, but my situation was very far from being fair. Without getting into details, it took 2 months of discussions which lead to nowhere, and just as an example from that massive bill we got charged - they charged Β£33 for removal of a single damage-free/trace-free hook, and my friend got charged more than Β£150-200 for the removal of her ironing board left in the flat. We also got charged Β£550 for heating and hot water - the fees we never heard of till the day of our check out. The lady who deals with this (Ms. L.A.) stated that that it was all in the contact, and we shouldβve read it better (very sorry our bad!!!), and any other payment was the fair price for the removal of the objects. Their response to every dispute point is: βit isnβt my job to remove these items nor anyone else working for Gordon & Co the items should have been removed before you vacated as such I will now have to employ someone to remove them and there will be a labour charge.β I agree, my only question is - how much does it cost for them to employ someone to remove a single hook and an ironing board from the flat, for it to be summing up to over Β£200? We were never provided payment evidence of those services, and legally they had to justify the spends, but no evidence was ever there - only them delaying this whole process for months. I regret not taking this agency to court.

I dealt with the lettings team which helped me secure a flat in January 2021. Gordon & Co. was very good in listening to my requirements over my search helping me find the right home. I have to note one of the employees, Rahan Malik, who was very responsive and conducted all the needed viewings. Afterwards he also acted as a negotiating agent that helped me secure the flat I was looking for a fair price in the area.
