Steve at Gordon & Co Battersea has helped me find tenants for my three rental properties in the Clapham/Vauxhall area. He and his team could not have been more helpful. They had great professional photographs taken within 24 hours of my builders finishing work, and in two instances had tenants lined up while work was still underway.
All the tenants Steve has found have been super young professionals who pay their rent on time and look after my properties well. Gordon & Co provide a full management service in addition, and Steve is great at liaising with the property management team (Chloe and Kerry - always on the ball with any issues).
Having used other agents in the past I can honestly say Steve and the Gordon's team provide a premium service at a reasonable cost. They are a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Don't be fooled by their offices, which aren't as bright and sparkly as some others - I might have been put off by this but was recommended by another landlord who uses Gordon's and haven't looked back.

GoogleWe recently used Gordon & Co Tower Bridge to sell our flat. We were in a position where we needed to sell quickly, but still wanted to maximise the value for our property.
Jacob and Adnan were able to have the property marketed very quickly and prospective buyers through the door quickly. We were able to have the property sold in under a week for a price that we were really happy with.
They have also been excellent in managing everything post the offer, we have been in a complicated chain and it is Adnan in particular that has been excellent in managing other agents/solicitors and vendors!

We have just completed a purchase with Debola after an 8 month search in the area. We were fortunate to register with Gordon & Co some months back and met Debola then to view a property, which didn't quite suit our needs at the time.
During our search we had awful experiences with other agencies - high pressure, offers only to be put forward if a mortgage was taken through their broker etc. We had none of that from Gordon & Co.. Debola never forgot we were still searching and sent us selected details of one or two properties he knew we would like, based on our criteria from our original meeting. We weren't bombarded with the usual mass emails from other agents. Then bingo, a match came in and Debola was straight in touch. It was exactly what we wanted and we have now completed. Although I can't vouch fully for Gordon & Co, I can for this agent!. Debola was so professional and respectful during viewings. He was on time, covered every question we had in the back of our minds and most importantly we found him to be totally honest. There was no high pressure sales pitch, He simply understood our needs and we had open communications that helped us find our ideal home. During the conveyancing he was at the end of the phone or email, always responsive, chasing all the parties to get the deal done. I can hand on heart recommend this guy.
