The process of acquiring a new apartment was made effortless by Dean. He made sure everything was attempted to in a time effective manner. Customer satisfaction was put before sales volume which was very impressive. Dean ensured I was able to obtain the particular flat I wanted with him taking majority of the bulk load.

Dean was very helpful throughout the process - especially since it was the first time moving to London! He was very good at explaining anything that I was unsure on and replied very quickly considering how busy he is. Very good to chat too and professional throughout - would definitely ask Dean for help in renting a place in the future

It was a pleasure working with Rumz to organise our letting. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. He highlighted aspects of the property that required additional work before the move in, and was happy to point these out and ensure these were included in the contract for the property. He quickly dealt with any issues that were still to be addressed after the property had been let, and has continually been on hand to deal with anything, even after we have been settled into the property for some time. Overall, Rumz was extremely helpful throughout the process.

From the first viewing to completion and exchange Gordon and Co, especially Steve Para have been extremely helpful and professional in the way they've handled the whole process. I was kept up to date on the offer at all times including emailed on the weekend. I was given access to the property every time I requested to ensure and be comfortable with various information I needed. Steve para personally ensured that things were handled smoothly on the seller side and kept me updated all the time. It was also extremely thoughtful of Gordon and Co to welcome me into my new home with a card and champagne. I haven't heard of many other agencies take such personal care with their clients. I would most definitely use their services again and recommend it to friends.

View AgentsThomas was friendly and courteous during our time draling with him. Before our meeting he was kind enough to change the time of our meeting so that we could view a flat earlier. During the process of preparing an offer, he tended to wait until we had completed one hurdle (such as completing a form) before presenting us with the next (such as asking if our guarantors earnt the required amount). This was disappointing as it slowed down the process of preparing the offer, although in my experience it is a common thing among estate agents. Thomas was helpful in trying to find us other flats after this, although those at his disposal were not to our requirements, so there was little he could do at this point.

I have known Steve ever since I entrusted Ben Temple with the management of my properties. Temples were subsequently bought out by Gordon & Co. but fortunately Steve continued in post with the new organisation. From a Landlord perspective continuity is very important - especially in todays changing environment. Despite the fact that the direct day to day responsibility of managing my properties moved out of Steve's hands years ago he has always been willing to act as a continuity contact, to coin an expression, without which I might well have considered reviewing the management responsibility of my properties Good on you Steve.
