Rumz and the team at Gordon and Co have let my portfolio for over ten years. After dealing with (and frustrated by) 'sales people' for a number of years I was delighted to find an agent that genuinely didn't look for a one off commission but aimed to achieve a long term relationship with a landlord. I've always found Rumz to be honest, accurate and professional in his business attitude and sincere in his approach to establish a long term relationship. Thomas is a breath of fresh air compared to most estate agents I've come across. He was honest and straightforward in terms of when we should put our offer forward and whether there was anyone else viewing the property we eventually got. He did try to re-arrange a meeting we had to move into the property at short notice which was disappointing, but an anomaly as he usually kept in good contact and kept us in the loop about everything.

View Agentsthomas was helpful in a long drawn out process; when other parties were slow in responding he helped track them down and get them moving. it was a shame that gordon and co's checks on tenants were as unnecessarily severe as they were, as this was the main cause of the process taking a long time, however thomas helped us through it, and got us moved in on the date agreed despite it looking like it wouldn't happen.

Thomas was my agent for securing a good 2bhk flat. Whilst the flat was unfurnished during my first viewing, I expressed my interest of having the place furnished. Thomas was quite responsive and professional in his approach of quickly speaking to the owner of the flat and arranging for high spec furniture for this flat. He was quick to respond to all my concerns and ensured the handover of the flat was smooth, without any issues. I would recommend Thomas as an agent to anyone searching for a flat in the battersea area.

Dean was very helpful all the way through our process. We saw the house on the first day of it being on the market and we made an offer that same day. Dean was organised with all aspects of the admin and answered any queries that we had very quickly. Our move was therefore very easy and without hassle. Thomas was incredibly helpful, he gave me a number of options to look around that matched my criteria and made the process of getting the property we wanted very smooth (even after unforeseen complications with the referencing!). My partner and I were very satisfied with the professional and friendly manner with which the rental was conducted, which helped to relieve the usual stresses that come along with moving house. Correspondences were regular and efficient, meaning we were never left in the dark of the next step or current status of our application. We would highly recommend!

Dean was very friendly and helpful from the start. His viewing of the property was well organised and we decided to make a bid for the property after only 20 minutes of viewing. He was extremely helpful during the admin stage of our tenancy, especially seeming that two of the three tenants were not in the country. We moved into the property very smoothly without any hassle thanks to his organisation.
