It was great working with Thomas throughout the process. Dean was first and foremost a very nice guy who acted in a friendly yet professional manner. Any questions we threw at him - he answered them in lots of detail and we left the property feeling like we knew everything we needed to know. Dean gave us various options and showed us different flats on site, he communicated clearly and even arranged to a second viewing for us on request. He responded to our initial interest within a few hours which meant we could secure the property we now call home! Thanks so much Dean, see you around!
