GoogleOur letting agent, Thomas Meilak, has done an outstanding job. When we were looking for a flat, we had specific requests and he managed to meet all of them. He also managed the negotiation in a fast and effective way, without making us waiting time. Overall, this has been the best experience with a letting agency in years . Thomas is a hard worker and I strongly recommend him.

Due to our situation, as we had to leave our previous place in a short period of time, we had to do all the paperwork quite quickly. Especially thanks to 'Lisa Archbutt' who is there residential management. I am so glad to she is my the flat management this is why I lived in the flat one year super well. Thanks Lisa. ????

Overall Thomas provided a professional, thorough and responsive service. He was able to organise a viewing of the property we now rent at very short-notice, and swiftly organised its removal from the market at our request. During the preparation for our move in he was quick to request the appropriate documents required for our tenancy and provided informative updates throughout the process as to what needed to be completed. Despite some disagreement as to the date and time that we were to move into our new property- it seems our move-in could have originally been arranged for an earlier time of day given we were to pay rent for the full day- this matter was eventually solved, albeit with some slight antagonism. Despite this I would recommend Thomas's service for his generally courteous manner and quality of service.

GoogleI find Gordon & Co extremely helpful and responsive. I have been using them for a good few years now to find tenants for my flats. Rumz, Tom and Jade do a very good job for me and having used other agents too, I find Gordon & Co's approach suits me most. They have always found me good quality tenants quickly, at an appropriate rent and also go out of their way to help out with things if I need help with anything. I highly recommend them.

GoogleThey are scum, stay well away from this mob. You will be hounded and manipulated during the buying process and then they drag their feet during the moving out process. It took a month and countless emails to get deposit back

GoogleWorst agency I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent of doing anything and everything. Quick to make demands but not return any in favour. If it wasn't for being already settled in our apartment I would never give these people the time of day. Save yourself the stress and deal with anyone else but them.

GoogleThe worst experience I have in renting renting in my life without a doubt. Tried to change name on the lease, ended up being charged for three unsuccessful name changes, and then told we were being evicted for no reason just as the final name change was due to come through. The estate agent was so unhelpful and it was extremely stressful for all tenants involved. Despite all of our attempts to sort it out we were then slugged an 400 pounds off our bond for wear and tear. This was only returned after a google review.... Glad to be out of that house now and steer clear of this company or in particular the property manager named Nazia at the Battersea branch.
