I arranged for Jade to show me a property. Although it wasn't what I was looking for, Jade offered to show me another property straight after that had just come on the market and was perfect for me. Jade explained the process of securing the property to me, and was really helpful in always responding to my emails and answering my calls. Overall, it was a great experience working with Jade and would highly recommend her!

GoogleStill charge £390 for a name change fee even though the Government have highlighted it's unfair and propose to ban it, as if they're not making enough money already.
Hello Fergal, We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the charges. These charges are outlined in section 3.12 of the tenancy agreement signed and agreed by all tenants. The charge is to cover the cost of: Revised Tenancy Agreement, Inventory Addendum, Deed of Surrender and a tenant reference. How the cost is split between the new, remaining and vacating tenants is up to you to decide between yourselves. GoogleWorst agency I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent of doing anything and everything. Quick to make demands but not return any in favour. If it wasn't for being already settled in our apartment I would never give these people the time of day. Save yourself the stress and deal with anyone else but them.

GoogleThis has to be one of the worst expereinces I have ever had dealing with a Company. Beyond belief.. Dealing with a combative, unprofessional and rude Property Manager thats only interest lies with the Landlord. Tried to organise a name change on the lease. All 3 proposed applicants got rejected with no explanation, after taking their fee to 'reference' them each time. Shortly after we got given our notice for eviction over email with no explanation as to why, and now been hit with a large deposit 'deduction' for general wear and tear. Stear clear of this company if you want to avoid: a terrible service, unresponsive communication, fee's for everthing, unreasonable deposit deductions.
