GoogleI dealt with Will Tenquist in trying to find a property to rent ahead of my recent move down to London. Will was really helpful from the outset and suggested a few properties, including one that hadn't yet been listed, on Lavender Hill, which is the one that I ended up going for. Throughout the process Will made everything clear and was just really helpful at every stage. Well worth getting in touch if you're looking to rent somewhere in the Clapham area, based on my experience.

Over the years I’ve dealt with many agents some good experiences and some not so good. My experiences with the Gordon and co branch from start to finish was the superb and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Ryan and Rumz and the Battersea team.

GoogleWe have been using Gordon and Co for a number of years and have found them efficient and reliable. Their front of house team has to find clients which means being personable and friendly without overdoing the selling and keeping communication flowing between all parties. The unseen office staff are always helpful and prompt whether it is answering questions or informing us. The lettings team work very hard so that we rarely have a lengthy void.

GoogleThis is one of the best agency in UK. I had a deal with them and it was perfectly leaded. They sorted all out without any problem, being always available on the phone and by email. Prompt and kindly replays always come, whatever is the needs you raise. Furthermore, their employees are prepared and well-trained to sort out all kind of issue (especially Jade). Strongly advised.

GoogleAppalling service - deposit still not returned after 6 1/2 weeks, lost a set of our keys (which they denied loosing till they finally located them) and NEVER respond to emails. We will most definitely not be using Gordon and Co in the future.

GoogleWhen we check out, we lost one bowl, and finally, this company asked us to pay 50 pounds to this. Actually, this bowl can be bought on Tiger, 2for six pound.When I said i found this bowl and are willing to send this bowl back, this company asked me to pay 5....at the first time, it charged me 200 on professional clean, when i asked the receipt, it changed to 150...also,our contract finished on the middle of August, but the manager asked us to pay the rent until the early of September...Why????Anyway, it is a TOTAL LIER COMPANY!

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. Charge extortionate fees both upon the commencement of letting a tenancy and surprise fees at the termination of the tenancy. Took a ridiculous amount of time to get our deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Difficult to contact and slow to take action upon complaints. If you're looking to let - beware! Would not recommend.

GooglePlease avoid renting from Gordon and Co at all costs They will try to take as much of your deposit as possible when leaving the property I honestly consider the company to be criminals I have rented several properties in London over the years and the experience I have had with Gordon and Co has been considerably the worst from start to finish. I have never before felt the need to publicly show my discontent or feedback on a company, but Gordon and Co have behaved so awfully that I felt I should warn people

GoogleWe were the buyers of a property sold by Gordon & Co. Their service was first class. They always kept us informed step by step with a friendly and professional manner. Chris was excellent and even on his days off Peter and Paul were brilliant. We cannot fault our experience with them and we would definitely recommend them.
