I previously never had good experiences with letting agencies, however Gordon and Co was an exception. I was blown away by the service of Becky, she was very responsive, efficient and professional. She replies almost immediately to my responses every time, never one let me feel worried and helpless. My renting experience came at a time where I was in a rush to move in, Becky and her team made that happen and fuss free. She gave her best to help and secure the flat immediately for me. Gordon and Co Tower Bridge's after service still remains excellent and professional. I would highly recommend them and especially Becky! Thank you guys!

This was my first good experience with a letting agency after 10 years living in London! Our renting process was managed by George Webb and I was surprised by how efficiently and fast he managed everything. In previous experiences I've had to chase the agents 24/7, but George was so efficient and in top of everything that the process was very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend the agency and George. Keep on with the good work!

In my six years of renting in London, Gordon & Co have been the best agents I have come across. Becky and Jacob at the Tower Bridge branch were responsive, helpful (ensured everything was sorted in time and to a high quality), and were always available to answer questions, as well as being very friendly. Prior to moving into the flat, during and even after rental was finalized, they managed the process professionally. They are agents I would want to work with! It's so common in London for agents to be pushy and aggressive - this was far from the case with my experience at Gordon & Co. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Did you manage to find the invoice for the expenses you charged us for yet? They managed a property that we were renting and the service (or absolute lack thereof) that they provided was extremely poor, utterly infuriating and totally unacceptable that they are even allowed to operate as a business! We battled from the get go from not getting keys that were working, not forwarding on mails that were sent to the managing agents of the apartment block which resulted in our bicycles being cut and removed and later stolen! Numerous phone calls that went un-returned after requesting a call back. Every time we called the agent she was out of the office! In fact i never once was able to speak to the person I needed without being told they will call me back. There was promises of getting items fixed that only happened 11months in to the lease! The final and largest battle was getting our deposit back! This was an infuriating process where we were forced to deal with yet another slow tedious unnecessary process where the agent tried to charge us for items that were extremely unreasonable

I’m not one to kick up a fuss generally with these things but for the sake of protecting future tenants, I decided to give this feedback. If you’re looking for the worst property management experience as a Tenant, Sophie Mummery is the person you need to ask for. Aside from her ignorance, cynicism and complete disregard for her tenants experience in one of Gordon & CO’s properties, her inability to fix just one simple issue in our flat over our two years tenancy speaks volumes. If Gordon & Co want to improve customer service, I would reconsider whether she is suitable. My liaison with her maternity replacement, Melisha Pall, has been considerably better - I wish her my thanks for all her help.

We found our dream flat through Gordon & Co. It was exactly what we needed. It's quite rare now to find a flat that is unfurnished, clean and in a very pristine condition. We were in a difficult position as we lived outside England and wanted a reliable agent to handle the leasing of our property. There were a few who offered to handle it for us but we opted for Gordon and Co. First, their fees were palatable, straight-forward and secondly they send in their people to talk to us in person to understand our situation. The manager, Jacob, was very understanding of our situation and was constantly in touch with us with regards to prospective tenants as well as the market demands and supply situation. We left London after furnishing the apartment and entrusted the leasing to Jacob and his team. I must say we were not dissappointed. Within a few weeks, he managed to get us a suitable tenant and the move in was smooth. Jacob and his team also handled the tenancy for my friend who also owned an apartment in the same development in LCI, London. She was not dissapointed as well and spoke highly of Jacob and his team. We recently used Gordon & Co Tower Bridge to sell our flat. We were in a position where we needed to sell quickly, but still wanted to maximise the value for our property. Jacob and Adnan were able to have the property marketed very quickly and prospective buyers through the door quickly. We were able to have the property sold in under a week for a price that we were really happy with. They have also been excellent in managing everything post the offer, we have been in a complicated chain and it is Adnan in particular that has been excellent in managing other agents/solicitors and vendors! Would recommend their services for local property sales.
