Established in 1948, Gordon & Co. is an independent Residential Sales & Lettings agency and Property Management company covering Central and Greater London. Our offices in Battersea, Elephant & Castle, Norbury, Paddington, Surrey Quays, The Strand and Tower Bridge are all supported by our South East Asia offices based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. We are property professionals with a wealth of experience; striving to offer the very best service and always having pride and passion in all we do. Gordon & Co. Tower Bridge covers the South East London area including Bermondsey, Surrey Quays, Canada Water and further afield whilst also covering East London areas such as Shoreditch, Hackney, Poplar and Canary Wharf. The Tower Bridge office is a dynamic team run by branch manager Jacob Marsh. . The branch also includes our New Homes department run by Ross Fleming, specialising in off-plan properties in all areas of London and Greater London.

GoogleThe worst experience I have in renting renting in my life without a doubt. Tried to change name on the lease, ended up being charged for three unsuccessful name changes, and then told we were being evicted for no reason just as the final name change was due to come through. The estate agent was so unhelpful and it was extremely stressful for all tenants involved. Despite all of our attempts to sort it out we were then slugged an 400 pounds off our bond for wear and tear. This was only returned after a google review.... Glad to be out of that house now and steer clear of this company or in particular the property manager named Nazia at the Battersea branch.

GoogleAvoid this agent!! Tried to con us out for over £1,400 in charges for damages that were either already in the property or by way overcharging us for the very basic wear and tare! It took us months to resolve and resulted in us disputing to the DPS which we did win.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThe process of renting a property with Gordon & Co was extremely smooth, quick and easy. Becky gave us a great impression the first time we met for a viewing. She was super friendly, professional and accommodating throughout the rental process. Both my partner and I are extremely happy with Becky and the whole Gordon & Co team, so really can't recommend them enough. Feeling lucky that we stumbled on such a good estate agency which is genuinely doing their best to help.
