GoogleWe recently moved to London for our study. We have been struggling to find a right flat for a long time, but thanks to Mr. Edmund Abatan’s (Hybrid agency) help and consideration, we found a wonderful flat. When we were not able to view the flat in person, Edmund was willing to arrange a video viewing for us, so we could make a perfect decision. GoogleThe five start is for Samuel Adeyemi who helped us find a perfect flat fitting our needs in Fulham. Before this I had two terrible letting negotiation experiences with two other large letting companies, which wasted one whole month. As the time of our previous letting contract running out, we were quite in a hush to find a good flat. Sam did a great job and all the processes went smoothly. Highly recommend!

GoogleThe only thing I can say, do yourself a favor and don’t work with this agency. They are great when they want to rent you out a flat, then they squeeze every penny they can after you leave the property. I’ve been literally robbed! 1st and last!

GoogleBig issue - my property was advertised as chain free and it wasn't. As a result, I was pressured to complete and exchange when I was a first-time buyer. Don't bother using them and in particular Chris Read, who sold me my flat and Michael Frei the branch manager. They're unprofessional and treat people poorly. Chris didn't seem to know much about the flat regarding where swiches were to turn hot water on and off. He couldn't secure access to the outdoor patio for the surveyor and for the electrician. I had to chase him for the electrical report the vendors previously had done. Chris didn't know where the patio key was when I collected my keys, so neither did Michael who I collected them from. Michael then had to follow up with the vendors after completion and exchange. I complained about what had gone on, only for the branch manager to dismiss my complaint but also to accuse me of things I didn't do, like bringing mud into my flat before exchange and completion. I'm taking this up with The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

GoogleVery dishonest and misleading. Do not have your best interests at heart. This is the reason estate agents have a bad name. If you are a tenant go elsewhere to find a property as there is plenty of competition. Will Tenquist spends his day self writing blatantly fake reviews for himself. "I highly recommend Gordon & Co, especially William Tenquist." HaHa. Trash.
