GoogleHaving had various issues with other agents in the past, Becky and the team at Gordon & Co. Tower Bridge have been a breath of fresh air. Professional and helpful from the viewing stage through to signing tenancy agreements and have been quick to respond to any queries since moving in. Highly recommend!

Becky, the agent who dealt with my apartment was very kind and always on hand to help. Googlemy review is for Gordan & Co Norbury for property manager called Jordan who is not responsive from day one. i have contacted him since myself first week of July. the tenants have contacted back in April. I have called their office and visited once to office in current situation to get time frame on work to be completed when the fence belongs them to fix it
Hi Nikhil, as discussed in our face to face chat last week, our whatsapp chats and our emails, we're in the process of fixing the fence. The quotes are coming in and we've discussed the time frame for this. Just call us if you want to chat, we've been working on this through lockdown.

Excellent experience all around with Kevin Sowah managing a challenging sales process in the midst of the Covid pandemic. His communication and professionalism is over-and-above even my high expectations and his ability to close the transaction both in a timely and hassle-free manner is a testament to his capacity as a skilled property agent. GoogleKwan managed our flat search process. Overall experience was great both before moving in and during our first couple of months in the flat. One note I would make about One The Elephant building is that there tends to be a strong wind that results in noises that might disturb certain people. Worth checking when visiting a flat. However this is not the agency's fault. They have been wonderful.
