GoogleWe recently moved to London for our study. We have been struggling to find a right flat for a long time, but thanks to Mr. Edmund Abatan’s (Hybrid agency) help and consideration, we found a wonderful flat. When we were not able to view the flat in person, Edmund was willing to arrange a video viewing for us, so we could make a perfect decision. GoogleWe had a great experience with this company, in particular with Edmund Abatan. I was new in London and i was looking for a flat. I contacted Edmund and, despite it was my first experience ever in ranting a flat, he has been very kind, clear and - most importantly- always available with my silly question by email , text and phone. 5 star. When you have the lucky to meet someone who loves his job like him it’s always a pleasure. Now i live in a brand new flat, 11th flor, stunning view, great area. Thank you!

GoogleVery poor management service. Would not trust them with my property unfortunately. We received the property in an incredibly poor condition & it took them months to get back to us. Had to chase every time for information about the check out, our report and have still not received any information around the deposit. Feels like a very amateur & unprofessional environment.

GoogleI had a complicated sale including a chain of 8 people, shared ownership and a lease extension. If it hadn't been for Kevin Sowah at Gordon & Co I think it have fallen through - he went above and beyond his remit to make it happen and was reassuring and fun to deal as well. I can't thank him enough.

Googleits was difficult to find a good & nice flat in particular area , but since I met Mr. Will Tenquist who working with Gordon & co in Battersea all things went easy, I've found a suitable Flat in Haydn Tower, He is very helpful, faithful and respectful. it was a pleasure to work with him. best of luck

GoogleTenants = Avoid renting through Gordon & Co. at all costs. Unless you like to pay additional fees + don't want to see your deposit returned with any speed. Landlords = consider the business you're supporting, the high fees charged are not reflected in the service. A nightmare to deal with once we ended our lease and they couldn't extract any more fees from us. All of a sudden it took days, even weeks, to respond, often times ignoring our questions entirely. Not uncommon to need to ask the same question 3+ times to have it addressed. 3 months later we still await our deposit and are having to go to dispute. £85 to change a lightbulb?! I'm in the wrong career... Update, Took them to arbitration and received most of our deposit back. My advice = take it to arbitration, don’t accept their scare campaign. The only cost is your time putting together your case.
