GoogleJust wanted to share, as too many others, an extremely negative experience Tom. Somebody you can trust or rely on, who lie to you face to face, not polite or courageous enough to respond to your messages even if you can to meet him. I don't know the rest of the team so I will not judge any other member. Terrible experience.

GoogleVery good rental service and agency. Kwan helped me solve many problems. He helped us speed up the process so that we could move in the planned date. And he help me communicate with the landlord and solve the lease problem in the contract as well. He is very patient and his response is very efficient. Just recommend this agency to everyone. A perfect experience.

My post-sales experience with this estate agent has been absolutely terrible. They have taken unreasonably long to reply to emails - weeks - and even longer to resolve issues that should have avoided in the first place. Never have I experienced such a lack of communication and capability to solve issues promptly and professionally; they are simply not customer-focused. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.

GoogleTerrible real estate agency... Charges you with tons of "fees" at the end of the tenancy: "check out fee", "hot water fee", "heating fees"! Is that even legal???

GoogleWe have recently rented a beautiful apartment through Gordon & Co. Thomas was great - very helpful and very much hands on, we have moved in within a week without any major problems, this included furnishing of the apartment during that time. When Thomas was off, his colleagues were also extremely helpful. I would not hesitate recommending this company for rentals and Thomas himself is a great agent!
