I got in touch with Gordon&Co when my girlfriend and I were interested in flats opening up within a specific building/property for which they were the preferred letting agency, and Jade (Moeller) was my first point of contact. I expressed to her that we had narrowed down our search and were basically just waiting for one of the flats to free up. She immediately put us on the database and made every effort to contact me as soon as something became available. She'd describe and share photos when possible, and was generally extremely helpful and always able to answer any questions we might have. She really made us feel confident that we could rely on her, and can't praise her enough for the effort she put in throughout our search. (We ended up finding something elsewhere in the end, but felt the need to leave a review for her - that's how good she was!) Many thanks again, Jade!

Jade helped me with a big move from Manchester to London. She couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating to the whole process. She was quick to respond and happy to help with any issues we had. Gordon & Co helped my friend and I not only find a property, but also guided us smoothly through the whole negotiation and moving process. We were initially shown a different property which unfortunately didn't fit our brief, however, our negotiator Will Tenquist showed us a nearby property in Yukon Road which was the perfect match. Avoid renting any property through this estate agents. Good at the beginning of the tenancy when you have paid them a fortune (£390 admin fees) to move in!!! Extremely awful when you move out and they try to rob your deposit by picking on useless things in the checkout report. i.e. there's a small scratch on the tv unit (a cheap IKEA unit that has dozens of scratches when I moved in), there's a crack in the fridge drawer and will charge £30 (was there when I moved in and it was glued and functioning ok) and so on so forth. I'm my case the landlord was an overseas investor who doesn't care about tenants and it takes him weeks to approve repairs. in some cases he never approved major repairs without any clarification. He once decided to sell the flat without telling me (I found the ad online) or Gordon and Co and liaised with another estate agent to advertise the flat. He then requested Gordon and Co to seek access to the flat to view it for prospective buyers. Go&Co sent me a vague email accessing for access to flat without telling the reasons and I later found out online that the flat was put on sale 3 months after I moved in!!! Got&Co were very biased and always on the landlord's side. I'll be taking them and their landlord to court so they learn some lessons.

We were in a difficult position as we lived outside England and wanted a reliable agent to handle the leasing of our property. There were a few who offered to handle it for us but we opted for Gordon and Co. First, their fees were palatable, straight-forward and secondly they send in their people to talk to us in person to understand our situation. The manager, Jacob, was very understanding of our situation and was constantly in touch with us with regards to prospective tenants as well as the market demands and supply situation. We left London after furnishing the apartment and entrusted the leasing to Jacob and his team. I must say we were not dissappointed. Within a few weeks, he managed to get us a suitable tenant and the move in was smooth. Jacob and his team also handled the tenancy for my friend who also owned an apartment in the same development in LCI, London. She was not dissapointed as well and spoke highly of Jacob and his team. I would highly reccomend Jacob of Gordon and Co to anyone. shan

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Did you manage to find the invoice for the expenses you charged us for yet? They managed a property that we were renting and the service (or absolute lack thereof) that they provided was extremely poor, utterly infuriating and totally unacceptable that they are even allowed to operate as a business! We battled from the get go from not getting keys that were working, not forwarding on mails that were sent to the managing agents of the apartment block which resulted in our bicycles being cut and removed and later stolen! Numerous phone calls that went un-returned after requesting a call back. Every time we called the agent she was out of the office! In fact i never once was able to speak to the person I needed without being told they will call me back. There was promises of getting items fixed that only happened 11months in to the lease! The final and largest battle was getting our deposit back! This was an infuriating process where we were forced to deal with yet another slow tedious unnecessary process where the agent tried to charge us for items that were extremely unreasonable

Helpless, tried to extort money from me at least 3 times and complicating my life in evey single way, waited for 5 months to have my rental deposit back. They just represent the landlords and not the tenants. With that, I strolngly recommend to try to find any other agency when trying to get a flat.
