We would like to thank all the team at Goadsby Verwood during the process of purchasing our new home. We initially viewed the property we subsequently bought before our own home went under offer. We were very taken with the house and the location, however it very quickly went under offer to another buyer leaving us disappointed. We continued our search for another home to no avail. Some weeks down the line we were contacted by Ben who knew we very much liked the house we initially viewed, to inform us that it had now come back on the market. Having seen the property previously we were able to put in an offer which was accepted the same day.We have now been here a week. Throughout the whole process Nathan, Ben and Sue faciliatated our requests to view the property and to help us with the additional enquiries we had. At all times the entire team were particularly helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were also supported by the team to facilitate a key undertaking with the owners of the property which enabled us to access our new home before exchange of contracts. Buying a home can be a stressful process, however this was made easier by the professionalism and understanding displayed by Nathan, Ben and Sue. Well done and thank you Goadsby Verwood. You got it just right!

You need look no further than Goadsby and their excellent team in Verwood. Sue and Ben were fantastic in dealing with the sale of my parent's property as they transitioned to a Nursing home. I live in the US and was coordinating much of their move remotely. The support provided along with their understanding and compassion for a difficult situation removed much of the stress from what could otherwise have been a much more challenging ordeal.
