GoogleWe asked to view a house and the viewing were booked for today and confirmed (10AM, 10/09), we got there and no one appeared, we called and you said that you sent an email asking for confirmation today (10/09) and that you wouldn't appear to show us the house. That's just off.

GoogleBefore I booked a viewing with Adam the manager I asked if he knew what sort of heating the rented flat had?he said gas central heating,so when I viewed the flat a week ago with Alex I noticed it was electric heating!??hmm when you ask questions about a place they don't seem to know?Alex kept me waiting when I emailed him questions about the flat but never heard back?I asked another question about about the tank in the kitchen & Adam just sarcastically said I don't know I'm not a plumber!a customer doesn't want to hear that!if anyone should know it should be the manager!? Bad customer service, unprofessional,un helpful. Avoid these estate agents!

GoogleIsabella was really helpful when looking for our first rented property in Bournemouth. She was super friendly and attentive to our emails and calls. She ensured that she chose appropriate properties to fit our requirements. Goadsby as a whole have seemed like a good estate agents in comparison to others in the area. GoogleWe have just moved in into a dream home thanks to Goadsby and especially to Isabelle Klein who went the extra mile to secure a superb flat for us. She offered the most up-to-date property for viewing when I called to arrange viewings for other properties. In the end we chose the one she recommended. She was following up our registration and credit heck procedure and was always approachable. She and the entire Goadsby team made our relocation a pleasant experience.

GoogleIsabelle has been helping me find the perfect first flat to move into in Bournemouth. She has been very accommodating, professional and easy to work with. She got a clear understanding of what property I was looking for and worked hard to find properties that I would be interested in. Great communication between her, myself and my parents. A very caring nurture and easy to talk to, she made me feel very comfortable! Isabelle took extra care into checking my mother was also comfortable with the properties we were looking at when it came to price, location etc. The process so far has been very smooth and hassle free. She is very understanding of my particular circumstances when it comes to getting a property which I appreciate massively. She has put great effort into staying in contact and updated, sorting out the application with the landlord and also finding me a flat that I’m so excited to move into!
