GoogleI recently sold my flat using Goadsby in Poole - The High Street Branch. I dealt with Matt Cowley. I was well advised on price which meant I had a fairly quick sale. Although the sale took a while to complete due to the Covid situation and the Stamp Duty holiday, I was kept informed throughout. Quick responses to my queries and a professional approach throughout. GoogleA first class service from Alison and her team at Goadsbys in Verwood. I was selling a property from a distance following a death in the family and Goadsbys could not have made the sale easier. Alison clearly had a really good understanding of the local market and the type of property we were selling and showed us the details of a number of similar properties that had sold locally to help us agree a fair value. Alison found a buyer for the house within two days on the first viewing for an offer very close to the asking price. Following my acceptance of the offer Alison and Sue maintained regular contact and ensured that the sale went through quickly and seamlessly. Many thanks to all at Goadsbys. GoogleGoadsby took on the sale of our property following 4 months with another agent without any luck. They were very professional, always had the time to speak to us and often called us weekly and when there were any updates. GoogleWe cannot praise Goadsby in Verwood enough. David Price, Ali and Sue were the most helpful Estate Agents we have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond the service you would expect. Any problems were dealt with swiftly and with no fuss, nothing was too much trouble. All viewings to our property were made to use hand gel and wear masks following the Covid rules. I would recommend them to all future buyers or sellers. They were a pleasure to work with.

She and Ali continually kept us informed of progress and chased the other agents and solicitors alike. She liaised with a removal company on our behalf when others appeared fully booked.
