GoogleThe service we received was very good and during a very difficult period towards the beginning of the Covid-19 and the impact it had on the house market. The company was responsive and kept us updated throughout even through changes in points of contact occurred during the period. I would have no qualms in recommending Goadsby.

GoogleGoadsby was very quick and professional at finding me a buyer. However, there was hardly any further support. Virtually very contact made was at my instigation. The transaction took from July to October for a chain-less sales at both ends and should have been very straightforward. The other side's solicitor was very incompetent, but Goadsby never chased things up of their own volition or, if they did, they never told me about it. GoogleWe were very satisfied with the service we received from Goadsby in buying our new home in particular from your negotiator Laura who was very responsive and helpful throughout. As this was our first move in 45 years we were grateful for the help she gave us and as a result it was not nearly as stressful as we expected! The whole buying process was very quick thanks to both agents and our solicitor but as the seller Laura was crucial. GoogleWe initially enquired about a property up for rent and they said they would get back to us. They never did and then they told us after having to call them back the property was already taken, despite us knowing full well they booked viewings for said property the next week as we knew the current tenants. We called again and got a different advisor and they were very kind and helped us submit the required documents and legal information. However we waited a week and didn't hear anything back again, called in ourselves again and got told the property was taken.
