I have been a client of Goadsby since 2015 after associate director, Mark Nurse, helped me find and complete on my first of 9 venues across Dorset and Hampshire. Further dealings with Mark, Edd and Grant from Goadsby’s commercial division over the past 7 years have now resulted in countless viewings, with the completion of multiple sites for the Renoufs Group. I am still in regular contact with the team who, I have no doubt, will be responsible for ‘sealing the deal’ on our next venue. Well done team!

Amazing what twenty five years does with technology and speeding up the process of selling! Solicitors are still a little on the slow side still, but Goadsby were great at chasing things up on our behalf. Many thanks for a painless and successful transaction.

GoogleFantastic estate agents, especially Rob Ward. Ever since the appraisal, we felt confident that Rob and his team would help us sell our property and assured us that he would go above and beyond to complete the sale, and he sure did! Due to COVID, the market was uncertain but Rob managed to get a sale agreed. The buyer's solicitor proved to be extremely tricky with the purchase, continuously delaying the exchange. Rob went out of his way to push this through, contacting both solicitors directly, answering emails in the evenings and keeping both us and the buyer fully updated. Rob didn't have to do any of this but he showed commitment throughout the sale and created a fantastic relationship with us. I would certainly be using Goadsby again for future sales and will recommend friends and family to use them. 5 star service! Thank you Rob!!!

Maintained regular phone contact to support my search for a property and kept me updated when potential properties that met my requirements were being marketed. Did an outstanding job to ensure property purchase went smoothly liaising with vendor and solicitors to help keep the sale on track.
