GoogleReally disappointing experience. For anyone who will ever deal with the estate agents employed by Goadsby, don't believe a single word. I was shown a flat by a lovely young lady, who, during the viewing confirmed premises will be professionally cleaned prior the move in date and brought to a high standard (the previous tenants had left the flat in a terrible state). On the day when the keys were handed to me, the young lady from Goadsby had been in the flat herself, however didn't mention to me that no cleaning, nor repairs had been carried out. She even gladly took the fererro rocher chocolate box with a smile on her face I had purchased, as I trusted the flat had been cleaned/ repairs carried out. When I went to my new flat, I discovered that the flat was still in an unsanitary state with mould on most of the walls, floor unclean, silicone in the bathorrom riddled with mould and so on. When I later called the Goadsby agent, my call went to voicemail and I never heard back, nor received an apology. The management agency for the property had only one reply "nobody had complained about the state of the flat, hence we decided it is up to a suitable standard". It is really horrifying to think that a client has to expect to be treated with dishonesty and made fun of for wanting a clean, mould free flat. Leving a few pictures of the standards they deemed accepatble. Shambles!

GoogleThey have good value properties and the process to move in is pretty speedy. However there seem to be not enough support once you moved in - for example if there's any maintenance issue or you need to do some extra paperwork. Also before I officially got a key I was informed my place is unfurnished then when I got it the place is full of stuff (while I already ordered mine) and some broken furnitures too so quite a trouble - and the agent is too busy to take responsibility for it.

GoogleGoadsby marketed my flat for sale last year, with both Jake and Becky working tirelessly to arrange viewings, give me advice, updates, etc. They worked really hard, and are such nice people to deal with, both absolutely charming. Unfortunately the sale didn't proceed, as I missed the top of the market, and didn't want to reduce the price. That must be frustrating for Goadsby, so I wanted to post this review to emphasise how much I appreciated all their hard work & efforts. Hence I would highly recommend Goadsby to potential sellers, and will go back to them if my situation changes in future.

GoogleWhen we decided to go to market I had no experience of the local estate agents, so arranged a meeting with 4 of them. They all came across as competent. I chose Goadsby, Wareham, because they came across as the most genuine, open and helpful, and it was the quality of relationship I was looking for on top of competence. Having now just completed the sale of our house I can say the my hopes and expectations were more than fulfilled. Their guidance and advice was spot on and they were both proactive and responsive to any needs. I felt that they kept on top of things and always kept us well informed of what was going on. Their approach in assessing the market position, and then managing the viewings and offers was accurate, sound and efficient. The team was excellent at managing the communication and coordination of everyone involved from the viewings through to completion. Our main contacts in the Goadsby Wareham office impressed me with the quality of their support and care, their excellent communication and their ability to keep things moving. Good people and good team work! I recommend them for their professionalism and ability to make you feel comfortable and in good hands.

GoogleDue to the property we were buying going through probate it took longer than expected for us to exchange and complete. Nicole was amazing during this time always updating us and at the end of the phone if we had any questions, wanted information about the property. She also always made time for us to go and view the property multiple times during this period. We really appreciate how much Nicole did for us and I cannot thank her enough.

GoogleWe purchased our new home with Goadsby, Southbourne. We had the initial property viewing with Neil & then Michael took over the proceedings once we placed our offer. Neil was patient and personable whilst we viewed the house with our toddler in tow! Michael was then fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable about the property & always prompt in returning any enquiries we had. Would thoroughly recommend!
