After viewing over a dozen properties with different estate agents, some of which seemed to put in the minimum effort, not being able to answer the simplest of questions. Tommy Howard of Goadsby estate agents was notable for his proactive approach. He had obviously done his homework. He was knowledgeable about the property and keen to follow up the viewing asking our thoughts about the property. He’s the agent I’d want selling my house.

Gavin and his team have very professionally and patiently completed a very complex flat purchase, the Seller/company was very difficult to deal with and communicated poorly. I found the property i rent through Goadsby and am happy there but unfortunately the new tenants upstairs seems intent on making noise. Banging and what sounds like drilling. 😡😡 …

We advertised our property with Goadsby and were very pleased with the customer service we received from the Goadsby team in Bridport. They always kept us up to date. They did not pass on the viewing responsibility to the client, as other estate agents do. They were also very respectful of our home, ensuring it was secure following viewings. Impressed also with the internal shots of our property. Friendly, approachable, caring team. Thank you again and many apologies for the belated review.

I have nothing but praise for Goadsby regarding my house sale. I was in a tricky situation having left another Estate Agent after five months of poor service. Charlotte managed to find a buyer for me in three weeks in a difficult market. She handled negotiations and buyer questions very professionally. The whole process went smoothly and it was a quick sale.

Couldn’t recommend buying through Goadsby more. For an on-paper easy buy, to facing some complications on the way, they have supported me every step of the way.
