GoogleI have been speaking to Lyla in the lettings department recently whilst looking for a house to rent in Uckfield. I have found the whole team to be professional and Lyla has been especially friendly and helpful going out of her way to try to find the perfect house for us.

GoogleThe wonderful team at freeman forman’s provided us with an exceptional level of customer service- we would highly recommend them to everyone. Toby went above and beyond to seamlessly get us through the process to find our beautiful new home and has kindly checked in with us several times since. GoogleDisappointed they try to rip you off and lying about Landlord sold the property and the lies we find out landlord still own the property we just had 2 weeks old Newborn baby the send me sec 21 never paid late I paid 6 months front Hopefully no one going to that place not good for renting and stuff is not good at all!!!

Millie was fantastic and in a process where solicitors hide behind voicemail and you can't get any answers, she was the one throughout who was there, available and willing and always got back to you. GoogleI cannot recommend Freeman Forman enough. They organised the exchange of a complicated chain of properties, in a friendly and professional manner. Particularly outstanding were Hector, Stuart and Anthony (Who has now retired). It was worth every penny of the fee and I couldn't be more grateful.

GoogleWe worked on the sale of our home with Arnaud, Jess, Milly and Meg. It was a tough process all round given the market. When we finally found a buyer the process got really tough. It was a demanding and often unreasonable situation, however they maintained decorum professionalism and humour throughout. They were always "on it" depsite how tough it must have been for them with stamp duty changes, complex chains and so forth. We finally exchanged today and are looking forward to our next adventure. If we ever move again (which based on this experience is a dreadful thought) I would do it with the crew at Freeman Forman. They made the process bearble, managed our stress for us and were really good to work with all round.
