GoogleAfter a deal got changed, I had spend hours of time untangling the mess. Two separate deals got entirely convoluted. I finally discovered in the end the deal that I had agreed with Freeman and Forman had not been honoured. I can’t express how disappointed I am with the experience and service I have received from both companies. Although the staff at Freeman and Forman are nice and appear to be helpful, there seems to be no accountability for the errors that were made from both parties. I’m a longstanding landlord with a portfolio and history of previous positive experiences with them in sales and lettings. Sadly, I have had to walk away and cut my losses.

GoogleFriendly, helpful and all round lovely experience. Millie, couldn’t have been more helpful, kept us up to date with what’s going on (when our solicitor did not) and generally went above and beyond. The rest of the team were also very helpful and polite. Freeman and Foreman weren’t even acting as our estate agent but, whenever we decide to move home again they will definitely be first on the list represent us. Last thing to say is BIG thank you!

GoogleWe bought a house in Tonbridge at the end of 2024 - Millie at Freeman Forman helped us with the move and did a fantastic job. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was happy to help with any knowledge gaps we had as first time buyers. When dealing with renegotiations / with difficult conversations with conveyancers, Millie was always very happy to help produce a good outcome and keep the transaction moving forward. Would recommend using Freeman Forman if moving around the Tonbridge area.

GoogleI really dislike the whole selling process for property, so using Freeman Foreman in Tonbridge was an absolute breath of fresh air! Just to give a bit of context to this statement, from the moment my property was valued until the day of completion, communication from the team, but in particular Millie, was first class. I got a catch up call every Monday giving me all the stats regarding viewings etc. Everytime someone viewed the property the team got proper feedback which enabled me to ensure I was doing all I needed to sell the property and get the best price. An absolutely fantastic team and a breath of fresh air in estate agencies, they are brilliant and I can't say enough to recommend them!
