From the very start, they were more than helpful, guiding me through every step and making what I thought would be a stressful transition into a surprisingly smooth process. Moving is often fraught with issues, and, as luck would have it, we encountered some unforeseen circumstances. However, Daisy and Felicity's kindness, support, and outstanding communication truly made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt secure and well-informed throughout the entire process. One of the highlights of our experience was when they reached out to check in on us after we moved in. GoogleHaving experienced some issues with a previous agent selling our property where they weren’t being proactive enough in marketing the property or contacting potential interested parties I turned to Freeman Forman. We are yet to receive an offer/have our first viewing, but the difference in service so far is night and day. Charlene has been absolutely incredible and in under a week made time not only to meet with us, but to have photographs taken, the property marketed and the first viewing scheduled. She really took the time to understand the property and you can see her genuine passion for what she does. The contact and communication has been absolutely brilliant from everyone and I have full confidence in the team to sell our property in good time. Thankyou for all your hard work already.

GoogleRoss @ Freeman and Foreman Eastbourne has been nothing but amazing. I was originally looking for a 2 bed house that - shared ownership that was affordable.... however Ross went above and beyond and managed to get me onto a 3 bed :) Could not recommend they guys more. GoogleDaisy and Felicity at Freeman and Foreman were so helpful when I moved into my new flat, everything went smoothly and I had nothing to worry about. Would definitely use them again as even after I moved in they checked that everything was ok and if I had any problems they were there to help.

GoogleI can't thank the team at Freeman and Foreman enough. I first met Ross last year, he kept in touch with me regularly and always kept me in mind for new shared ownership properties that came available. Having Dan in branch to organise the mortgage was so helpful and made the whole buying process smooth and stress free. The whole team have been fantastic from start to finish. I am now settled in my first home and I genuinely couldn't have done it without Ross, Jamil and Dan. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they looked after even the smallest details of the buying process so I didn't have to. I would definitely recommend and use them again for any future moves and property purchases. Very friendly office, welcoming, professional and friendly. THANKS A MILLION I feel sage and settled and mega proud I have bought my first home xx

GoogleBullying and unprofessional. After no apology from 'Branch Manager' , Jamil, (who did not listen to the recordings of two calls to us) defended his member of staff. Update: Having followed the link sent to us to make a complaint was told it was the wrong address who then told me where to pass it, that is 'Countrywide' who own this Estate Agent. No reply from Area Manager; then when trying to lodge an official complaint for bullying, but feel like we're being sent from pillar to post. My daughter is still upset about the appalling way she was treated.
