I recently sold a house in Ipswich using Fenn Wright in Ipswich . We met Shaun . From day one his service and the company service was superb . Realistic valuation , constant updates and everything happening as promised . Best service from any agent we have used and having moved eight times that says something . Don’t go anywhere else !

Absolutely fantastic service from these guys from start to finish. Tracy was extremely professional and kept me in the loop at all times. She was always available and quick to reply to any queries I had. I absolutely recommend this company to anybody looking to buy or sell. We have received excellent service from Fenn Wright from the valuation through to exchange of contracts. Martina and her team have done everything they could to ensure a smooth passage to completion, and have always been available to chat to us, sorting out any questions or concerns we have had. The service has been polite and efficient at all times. They have worked well with the solicitors and prospective buyers, and kept us up to date throughout the process. I would recommend this Estate Agent as exceptionally good. Thank you very much!

YellAVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
I deeply regret taking on the services of Fenn Wright Colchester to manage my rental property.They have failed miserably at vetting the tenants, paying the rent to my account, and replying to the dozens of emails and telephone calls I have had to make chasing them up.It would have been SO much less work to manage the property myself. If you are considering usong them, wether as a landlord or tenant DON'T.You will regret it on a daily basis.

We didn't have much contact with Fenn Wright as they were only hired by another estate agents to advertise the property. However, both Martina and a younger man (sorry no idea what your name was) were very helpful when showing us around the property, and were happy to answer any questions we had. Martina was also helpful mediating the early contact between us and the sellers estate agent.

Martina Reilly, whom I dealt with for the majority of the viewing appointments, was extremely professional and helpful at all times, with a warm and friendly manner.
