Fantastic letting agent! We have been renting through this agency for around a year now and have found FennWright to be nothing but very kind, professional and very approachable. We had an issue with our boiler which was fixed the next morning by 9am having reported it at midday the day before!! We met Claudia in August expecting another fruitless look at properties possibly with an agent who wanted to be elsewhere and when asked a question replied that they didn't know but could probably find out if we really wanted to know! Claudia was not one of those. She was very bright and a real breath of fresh air. She joined in the conversation and offered suggestions. She was very clued up about the properties we viewed and knew details of when the vendor might want to move. She sold us the house we will shortly move into and I hope that she will visit us there on a regular basis. She is a friend! She even laughed at some of my stupid jokes! The other people at FennWright are pretty good too!

Good advice on pricing an sales strategy - the house went under offer before it hit the website. Yes, there is an element of luck in that but it is impressive that the negotiators already had applicants on the books who they were proactive in persuading to view at an early stage. I asked FW to do more than many clients ask their agents to do at this price point for a modest fee and I am very grateful that they handled all viewings and interactions with the buyer in order to ensure the success of the sale. Online-only agents are a false economy!
