Alison at the Chelmsford branch listened to our requirements, acted on our comments, kept us informed, maintained a pleasant, friendly manner throughout and, most importantly, quickly found us a buyer who was ready to proceed to an early completion. All this at a time when, by all accounts, properties were not selling quickly.

I also had the pleasure of having Aston as the agent, who I can honestly say is the best agent I have used. Aston was punctual, polite and very honest. GoogleWe are delighted with Fenn Wright in how they very successfully managed the very quick sale of our house. We dealt with Karl Manning when he was acting for the party from whom we were purchasing our current home. His ability to act as go between and drive all aspects of the sale and purchase with all parties left us with a great impression of him and Fenn Wright. So it was a no brainier when we came to sell our second home. Karl got the value and sales tactics absolutely spot on and again how he managed both parties and solicitors etc ensured a prompt sale and very happy purchasers and sellers. He is a fantastic communicator, has a very welcome diplomatic approach in times of difficulty and as I say very high drive and determination to get things over the line in double quick time. He has an exceedingly friendly approach and builds a rapport very quickly. Would definitely recommend Fenn Wright as all their staff were equally as professional and capable. The service was great. Big thanks to Emma too. Well done guys

GoogleFANTASTIC!! I can't express how great Fenn Wright was through the whole process. We agreed a sale in April and they was professional from day one when i spoke to Alison Spillane. Friendly and polite. Organised our viewings quickly. Nothing was too much. We met our vendor directly and we had our offer accepted very quickly. They met with us for a second viewing to let us measure the property so we could be ready with our move. They were so patient with the process of the sale and kept us and the vendor updated regularly. We had a few issues with the mortgage lenders and having to swap solicitors midway which was not ideal but again Alison was great. Did not push us or put any pressure on us. Even when we was on holiday allowed us to enjoy our time away and spoke upon our return. I would highly recommend them to everyone if you are looking to buy or sell. I know we will be calling them to deal with my sale if and when we come to sell.
