Kirsty and Jonathan were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process. They kept us fully up to date at every stage and looked after our every need, which made what could have been a difficult time so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Fenn Wright.

We recently used Fenn Wright on the sale of our property and cannot recommend them enough. Our property had been on with another agency for a few months but no real offers. We made the decision to go dual agency and on the first viewing Phil Lay-Flurrie secured us an offer! We live overseas and the prospect of selling in this situation was very daunting but Phil guided us through the process with great knowledge and expertise. He and the sales progression team kept us updated throughout and the sale went through in record time (just over 2 months!). Not only this but Phil went above and beyond on a few occasions and he isn't in any way a 'pushy' agent, just very personable and made the whole process easy. Thank you again!

I have recently purchased a property through this outfit, something I will never repeat again following this experience! For some further clarity, I also own a national property company selling hundreds of houses a months and dealing with estate agents across the whole country, hence I feel strongly enough to write this review. Prior to exchange we stumbled across mis-descriptions within their listings online. They have clearly stated ‘space for’ items that are going and not for items that are staying, makes complete sense yes…..well no!! That doesn’t seem to follow suit with Fenn wright listings so we are advised. They have clearly listed an item in their description outside including kennels and overground pool, the kennels aren’t going but apparently the over ground pool is, who would ever know that from the description which states exactly; “ The main garden is found between the cottage and annexe with lawns and pathways enclosed by post and rail fencing. There is an overground swimming pool and a kennel building” It’s clearly property mis descriptions with the agent not having a leg to stand on. I now have an upset child to add to the woes of this appalling purchase process. This coupled with a sales progressor in K****y who was super keen on aborting the sale at every turn, I was asked 5 or 6 times during the process if I wanted to pull out of the sale, with her abrupt and rude attitude throughout. There were occasions where the sales progressor was not in and different information was advised that may or may not have been correct. The sales progress or also not in as many words laid claim on colleagues for this mis informed updates. All in all it was a shambles and took forever. Fenn wright had no care for me as a purchaser along the journey which was extremely disappointing and worrying at times. I have now raised a formal complaint and will look to escalate this to the property ombudsman for a satisfactory outcome. Just to top this off, my wife collected the keys today from the Stanway office and was treated so poorly she left upset from the shear rudeness of the staff that handed (threw) the keys over. Beyond rude!!! Poor show Fenn Wright, poor show!

I had mortgage advice through there reccomended service as well as Amy keeping me updated during the legal stage. Aiden was helpful with booking my viewings and Ben helping me with the offer process. Great communication on propert sale.

The property had been on the market for some time with very little success. We moved to Fenn Wright in Woodbridge and within weeks we had a buyer. Communication from Jamie in their office has been first class and we have been kept informed at every stage of the process which was slightly more difficult as we had tenants in the property. Fenn Wright Witham were fantastic…

Fenn Wright Witham were fantastic agents. They were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Georgia dealt with our chain and i couldn't have asked for a better person. She kept us up to date every week on the progress providing clear emails with all the status' of the properties in the chain. She was very forward thinking, caring and friendly. She was always there to support us and provide help where needed. It would have been a much slower move, if Georgia wasn't on the case!

After a bad experience with another agent, Phil at Fenn Wright was recommended by a friend. We were very honest and upfront with our situation but Phil was very honest and upfront with our expectations. As soon as we went live with our house sale we had realistic people over with a view to buying our house! 8 days in and we had a sale! Everyone else avoided responsibility and made things unnecessarily frustrating. For anyone reading this, Fennwright agents don’t make notes when you call, so if you have an issue, it’s a good idea to record your calls.
