Fenn Wright have been brilliant throughout the whole process. They have kept me up to date, always replied to my enquires and have always been very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Kirsty King has been my contact, she’s been very supportive and always on hand to assist me. Adam Thorley, who I initially dealt with to place my house on the market, was excellent and portrayed my house perfectly. And Jo, who took all of my viewings, was brilliant as well in selling my house. Thank you guys, the whole process of selling my house has been made very simple for me. I was lucky though that my house sold in a week, that really did help everything run smoothly!

I am a tenant renting through Fenn Wright and a few maintenance issues have cropped up over the last few months. Jake Richardson in the property management team has been so helpful, always getting in touch super quick - quicker than i'd expect from a really big , busy lettings team and really good at communicating and keeping tenants updated. He has made the process of getting things repaired so easy , and smooth. Thank you Jake and also Roseann and Ross and the rest of the Fenn Wright team. Always very organised and super helpful.

We used Fenn Wright for the sale of our flat in West Bergholt recently. From the initial contact and really impressive photographs (the flat looked stunning on Rightmove), through to completion we had regular updates to keep us in the loop throughout the sale. We were absolutely amazed that they sold our flat within a few days, despite it being Winter just before Christmas! We would whole heartedly recommend Kirsty, Paul and all the Fenn Wright team for their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you so much, we greatly appreciate your hard work!

GoogleUseless at trying to let a property from them. I have chased and chased about a property,don't get anywhere. Tried to book a viewing and they told me to contact them the following week but gave out viewings to other people.impossible to communicate with EDIT: finally viewed the property and have now spent days trying to get an application form with no response from anyone. Also contacted head of lettings as advised and didn't hear anything from her either

Fenn Wright have been so accommodating and helpful from the off. We built up a good relationship with the team from day one. David Nesmith has been a great help, and just a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to deal with (even if we were very stressed). I spoke to most people on the team and felt they knew who i was and the stage of my sale I felt the company is honest and cares about their clients. I felt that I was communicated with in a timely fashion and my frustrations were understood. The feedback I received at the valuation of my house respected my feelings on parting with it. Mum and I live in the US, making it vital we had someone to guide us through the process while communicating each step at a time as selling a home in the UK is very different than selling a home in the US. Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

We recently purchased our first home via Fenn Wright, Colchester - we honestly couldn’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough. All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Any queries/issues that arose were promptly dealt with by the team which made what seemed a daunting process for us, incredibly straightforward and stress-free on our side. Kirsty was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects our house purchase, which completely filled us with confidence that everything was being taken care of.
